I think its a problem when the games take longer and there is no benefit. In the case of PD/GT I agree there is a problem there because the games are getting worse and still taking longer. But we had this same discussion last year about Uncharted which you made a big deal about and its pretty hard to look back and think it was a problem. Really though my point is about you being inconsistent on the issue.

MS would never have let TLG get that far you are right. It would have been cancelled.

that's stupid but I am sure by the time it releases it will sit on its racing throne(JK FH3 PC is the best)
Oh well they still will have the best rated exclusive(as always)

BTW, Forza 6 is rated higher (87) than GT6 (81) (the most recent releases from both).

I don't know about you, but I would take playing a good game vs. not playing a good game.

Lol Nothing bad about Sony holiday line up this year. Just depends on what games you like. Plus Sony has already had SFV, Uncharted 4, MLB, Ratchet & Clank reimaging, Alienation and a tone of third party exclusives/console exclusive..

In terms of AAA titles, I suppose Xbox beats Sony this holiday (2 vs. 1), but subjectively, I'm more interested in TLG and GR2 on the PS4 than I would be another round of Forza and Gears on the Xbox. Tomb Raider, although of course not an exclusive, is also new to the platform this holiday, and there will be many exclusive PSVR titles, if you're into that (which I'm not, yet). There will be a couple of indies as well.

Try again how? Can you elaborate? Tell us what line up makes the PS4 this holiday amazing now that we have lost Gran Turismo Sport. BTW SFV isn't exclusive.

Gigantic was not canceled. In fact, we just got pushed new bits last week.
 
While I agree that it seems odd that Microsoft isn't pimping the hell out of Recore in adverts (no TV commercials), and it is being released in nearly 2 weeks (9/13), we have The Last Guardian being released in one month (10/5) and NO adverts or Sony promotion. And this is Sony's only big hitter this holiday.

Phantom Dust was just shown at e3... not canceled.

Gigantic isn't canceled either.

Crackdown never had a release date.

Dude, that game has cost Sony enough. Sony to the development house "release or die".

If you're a gamer it seems like Xbox has something for almost everyone this fall. I'm really looking forward to Recore. Its been a while since I played a game like that. Plus, I'm a big-time dog/animal lover so I'm already catching feelings for those robots.

I'm not sure what Sony has to offer this fall. But I'm kind of glad their offerings are slim because it gives me a chance to play my Xbox. Seriously, my Xbox gets no love so it will be nice to change that up in a few weeks.

Dead Rising 4 is another big title coming to Xbox this holiday.

Why are you worried about me being inconsistent assuming that's true? Does it stop you from sleeping at night? You invest a lot of time in here. Sometimes you seem borderline emotional about it too. It seems cranky even, when you could just put me on ignore. I don't agree with you at all here, but that's rare that we do anyway.

UC4 was a different story, you have simply attached your assumption there as well to clarify. UC4 was big because it was a huge exclusive for that time of the year, basically moving it away and there was nothing left to do battle
