Don't feel jerky. Also depends what you drive on. Some curbs on that track make your car act weird. Driver inputs.

All I know is it doesn't feel jerky and it is fun.

Although, How is there no voice chat yet again? So weird and silly that this basic feature is still missing...in Sport mode at least anyway,
It’s just because it’s online. Cars always look like they are twitching around the track.

Anybody know how to move the Radar from the right into the centre? Why they put it out there by default is mind boggling.

The VR mode is pretty mind blowing in this. The first couple of times I tried it, it seemed somewhat blurry but finding the "sweet spot" my lawd. This is the killer app. Literally a 2 generations ahead of psvr1 GT sport visuals.

I was playing the Lightweight K-Cup Challenge in one of the bonus Cafe books. I couldn't get the middle race done in my Hone S660 and it was pissing me off. PP was 400 max, and I had mine at 399. I tried like 15 times (each time is 7 laps) and couldn't get past 6th place. Then I started the tune over, and got it to 398. But this time I put on the big Forza wing, and focused it all on horsepower (along with the required comfort soft tires). That finally got me to lead the pack.

I have never been one for "tuning" per se. I would always just get the car to the max PP. But just doing that doesn't always work it seems. I have a better appreciation for tuning now.

Because the PP is low. Adding handling stuff benefits less the lower the PP is.

I think I spent the better part of a day building a Porsche to compete at the Nurburgring to get past a race. It is frustrating, but satisfying when you finally get it right. It was one of those races that had rain in the middle and it was a real challenge getting a car stable and fast. I'd usually end up on the back bumper of the leader right at the last turn.

Well I notice that most if not all the races seem predetermined and outcomes won't change unless you take out one of the AI. Meaning that all the AI end up in the same position around the track all the time, and the top 3 are always WAY ahead of 4th and back. And the cars always seem to be racing in the same order.

Yeah starting in the back always bugs me with racing games. You have to be crazy aggressive and get past the pack early, or the leaders will be gone by the time you get there. The leaders get open space to run, while we're fighting a car in every corner. I wish they'd find a way to let us start in mid-pack and make the AI a little better or something.

I am usually mid pack for race starts in the Cafe required races. On occasions, I am at the back of the pack if their are less cars in that specific race.

But I agree. To me it comes down to wanting qualifying before a race, and standing start races. They start you out all spread out, rolling at full speed.

The full details of Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.31 update have leaked from Japan, and it’s a big one. Although it might not have the major headline features we saw in the last update, 1.31 still brings a wide variety of changes and new content.

GT7 Update 1.31 will be available as a free download starting on March 30 at 06:00 UTC.

There’s a lot to cover, so let’s dig in:

errrr....we'll have to see how this plays out.

The physics stuff sound poor.

The different penalty systems and regs in Sport mode is bad. The mode needs consistency.

The TCS change is good. TCS 1 is way too strong right now.

I’m reading that they are resetting licenses. I hope not. I am two away from completing them. I’m not doing them again.

- 5 new cars (already announced)
- Nurburgring Endurance layouts
- A few new events
- 2 new extra menus
- Adjusted times for Missions, Licenses and Circuit Experiences to reflect the physics changes
- 120hz + VRR support (It's unclear, but I'm guessing it won't be a 120FPS mode and just unlocked performance for the regular mode)
