Sega killed themselves, they were already in a bad financial situation after what happened with the saturn and then EA refusing to support them was the nail in the coffin in the US. I imported my dreamcast from Japan months before it released in the US, same with my N64.
What an intellectually dishonest argument lol, Destiny is staying multiplatform as are any future Bungie games they said that was part of the deal when they bought the company. The continued crying about spider-man is just idiotic at this point, you know MS could have had that exclusive and they passed on it to focus on their own IP (I don't know which ones) it's not the same Spider-Man series that Activision used to make but you continue to make this fake comparison anyway.
Buying studios is part of natural growth, nobody complained about MS buying up all of those (mostly struggling) studios in 2018/2019 it's buying up publishers and taking multiplatform games and making them exclusive that's the issue. You aren't stupid so I don't know why you continue to pretend you don't see the difference.

I guess by growing IiPs you just mean remaking the old ones for $70 a pop. Lol.
They told them 3 games after the deal is over, they are planning on taking it away otherwise they wouldn't have said anything. If MS had told them we plan on keeping this series multiplatform going forward and stopped there it would be one thing but saying "three years after our contractual obligations are met" means you are planning on taking it away at that point.

What new successful IP came from last gen that has rivalled halo, Forza and gears in terms of numbers sold and popularity ?
If Xbox had enough IPs to remake from last gen , they would do so too but they don't lol

A studio and a publisher are two different things, you know better. Most studios don't even own IP, Activision is a publisher with many studios under their umbrella and they own all of the IP.
