They may have one of those devices but do they want to play the Xbox games on them? For the casual play here and there, maybe but as a primary device? Think again. MS is supposed to be allowing us to play wherever we want, yeah? Where's our Xbox games if we want to play them natively on a Playstation or Switch. Even on a mobile device or tablet, where's our choices to decide to play it natively or via streaming. There is none. Just pointing out the hypocrisy of their statement.

If the statement was true, I'd be allowed to play Xbox games anywhere I wanted to, native or streaming.

Yes they are losing. Gamers who only play on a Playstation are losing these games because they don't have the option to play on their primary device anymore. They are forced to play what was once multiplatform native games on Playstation on another device.
That is their choice. Doesn't change the fact that it is available. End of.

Like I said, tell and blame Sony and Ninty. That is because of them.

They aren't losing anything. All this native, primary stuff is just semantics. A way for you to keep arguing an issue that doesn't exist. So funny.

Tek is a nice guy, same with Busterman and U2pop. I remember playing and voice chatting with them in Destiny 1 and Elden Ring even recently in Tek's case. He helped me with a boss in a moment's notice.

Heck, You're all probably nice guys here in real life but strong opinionated and obviously have your own biases. Just leave some of that testosterone at the door when you enter and leave this forum and it won't get so hot headed in here 😬

Yep. He's so nice, he used Stalker 2 getting delayed to fuel his console war bulls***. Not caring why it was delayed...only caring that he wasn't getting his game on time and using the delay as an excuse to point out the lack of Xbox games for 2022.

And for years people online have been saying CODS popularity has declined.
The tears and almost denial like behaviour is getting pretty funny.

It's not though, they need to subscribe to Xbox service. That's like saying yeah Stranger things is available to all tablets and tvs , it's just behind a paywall and you need to subscribe to Netflix to access them. Meanwhile YouTube is free and you can literally access the videos anywhere you want and no subscriptions. That's the true meaning of available wherever you want. Not this paywall thing MS is gating these new games behind.

It's not semantics. They are two different things. Streaming has latency, native does not. The experience is different. That's why native > streaming always. Especially for games which require the minimal amount of response time to fully enjoy i.e. dark souls games (timing the evade and attack just right), competitive fps games like COD, Fortnite for any flicking advantage you can get, fighting games (critical timing for combos) etc.

Stalker 2 is just unfortunate. This is a case of where real world things are bigger than gaming. Hope they are all safe.

Hmmm, perhaps. Only Marvel knows, I guess. But…..Why am I craving ramen at this hour? I don’t wanna drive to downtown or the air port to get some good ramen lol
You don't keep the cheap stuff in the cabinet for emergencies such as this? shame!!!

They would have to pay $70 for it anyway. All games are behind a pay wall. That is some weak ass argument.

Youtube isn't free, you just pay in a different way.

Everything has latency, including native of the SSD games. Another weak ass argument. Your TV has latency, your A/V receiver has latency. Your controller wired or wireless has latency.

Damn, dude. You got to think before you post this stuff.

COD players have either been playing it for years or got in during the BR craze with Blackout/Warzone. What does that have to do with XBox gamers now? Oh yeah because everything is console warz!
Console Warz!!!!If If you ain't fighting with lies and stupidity then you aren't a real gamer. Enlist today!!! On Twitter and we'll give you the lies to fight with. Console Warz, it is your duty to fight.

I made a factual statement. Unless you are dumb enough to think ads and your time aren't substitute payment methods. What am I saying, you're dumb enough to think that.
I can't remember you ever making many factual statements.

Youtube is free.
I pay for services and they got adds.
Uh oh!

I would rather pay $70 for a native game than play over a streaming latency game as would others it seems. Lots of reports about bad video quality, bad latency, unplayable even. You're telling me this is how you want to play games? Please lol.

Youtube is free with ads. You're paying with time but you don't have to subscribe or anything.

The input latency is much better native vs streaming. You really going to say the latter is better here?

that is the entire nature of cloud gaming, i have even tried on a gigabit connection with extremely low ping and you still get delay, basically it becomes unplayable on most games and is a waste of time.

Streaming is never going to be the same quality as local hardware it's impossible, that doesn't mean it can't be good enough for some but when you are playing a competitive multiplayer game online you don't want to worry about latency or other issues. People keep pointing to movie streaming like it's the same thing but that's not interactive and even with a great connection you can still have issues where the res drops or it stops to buffer for a second from time to time.

Streaming is more passive than gaming. The most interaction you’ll get someone to furiously interact with the “controller” will be when you get promoted “are you still watching” and you feverishly search for the remote cos it slid down the side of your bed…

I haven’t had any issues with games I’ve played on xcloud, at home or on my ancient phone (cell/wifi), granted I haven’t played anything that really seems to require serious low latency (ie fighting, fps games).
