Plus if this turns out to be true, we could be seeing Quantum Break releasing this year. Didn't that leaker say that?
I'd be so down with H2: HD and ports of H3/4, really love the SP in H3. That'd leave me Halo happy until H5 launches.
I don't know about Crackdown, but Phil Spencer mentioned that they may show off some Japanese exclusives at E3. Maybe one of them may be Project Nagano but who knows. Both that and Crackdown according to his leaks don't drop until 2016 i am not entirely sure MS would show off games that are so far away.
Ya that leaker in Jan even said that be a Halo 2 3 4 ports and Halo 5 within a year of each other... That guy seems more legit as days go by. He even said 399$ SKU with no disc drive, well he was close to being right on that, MS could of possibly decided to just do the 399$ SKU without kinect but kept the disc drive . As over time ideas can be changed.

I can't believe that Reach won't be in that package but it is called the Master Chief Collections.
I had forgotten.. the voice actor for Master Chief also said, back in February
that Halo 2 would be out this year
with Halo 5 next year

I still have fond memories of owing 'noobs' with the sniper rifle/shotgun combo on alot of maps in Halo 2 mp.
God I loved/love that game.

It's natural to guess it's going to be a port of H4. Rebuilding H2 MP would garner some rave from the most loyal fans, but would feel too outdated to everyone else.
As for credibility of the rumor, Engadget or The Verge rarely reports rumors that are not cross-referenced. This is almost true.
Phil Spencer said a few months back that if they remade Halo 2 they had to nail its MP. If they dont remake its MP then the backlash will be pretty hilarious after yesterdays huge reaction. They have to know better then to have Halo 4 MP anywhere near this.
Saying they need to nail it and saying it will be Halo2 MP are two very different things.
Well nailing it means not using Halo 4. Unless they are creating their own "best of" MP it has to be Halo 2. I'm sure they will still screw it up somehow but they arent that dumb. I hope they arent that dumb. Please dont be that dumb.
