In before 93 is a flop.

One of the most challenging approaches in real life or a sim. The hard part is you have to drop right after the hill, but as you do that and pull back, you pick up a ton of speed and can easily overshoot. Check youtube for St Barths approaches for some amazing real world footage.

It is cool that side slips work too.

Whatever, weirdo! That's not how you fly a plane.

Which variant did ya go with? I may wait for a sale on the pc version, but will get for Xbox though.....oh is it PlayAnywhere?

I bought the Premium Deluxe. I got it through Steam though because I'm not downloading it on the Microsoft store...

The game has looked stunning from all the screenshots prior to launch but for some reason I still didn’t quite believe it would look like this come launch. Would you say graphically it has lived up to your expectations? The screenshots you’ve posted look unbelievable.

It has surpassed them. I was flying over my city and I could see dawn approaching over the horizon. I literally said...wow. Keep in mind this was REAL TIME. So the sim could see dawn approaching before I could.

I have real air traffic on as well. I've seen 2 or 3 planes far up in the sky, higher than I went which I'm guessing judging from the setting were actual live planes flying to wherever they were going.

Pics don't do it justice. It looks unbelievable. I've said wow almost a dozen times. Flying through the clouds is scary and thrilling. Scary because your wings ice up and you lose airspeed due to the extra weight and drag, and thrilling because it looks photo realistic.

This is a must play IMO. Even if you don't know a thing about flying. The flying tutorial will get you up to speed. I also plugged in my Xbox One controller just to see how it is mapped, and I must say that if you get it on the Series X you will be pleased with the controls.
