There's a low supply of both consoles, it's no secret that Sony is moving to make a bigger effort in NA so probably less stock for other countries, which is pretty evident in my country too.

PS train just keeps on chugging from last gen to this gen. People know what's coming. A plethora of quality exclusives each year up until the last year like the PS4.

Seems like my hunch was right. Some people are waiting to get a PS5 before playing Miles.

"The biggest of which is Spider-Man: Miles Morales. The most popular PS5 game rose 172% in physical boxed sales week-on-week, jumping from No.7 to No.2. The game only missed out on the top spot by a mere 1,000 units."

January = Xbox > Switch > PS5
February = PS5 > Switch > Xbox


It's basically whoever can get the most hardware into the counter finishes first for that month

Seems like Sony just has more units produced at this point. Outselling the Xbox consoles in both UK and US, MS's main target locations.

At least at that point. Xbox outsold the PS5 in the UK in January. Sounds like they are flip flopping on inventory.

Yes. In total dollars sales. Still impressive considering the limited stock supply and in a covid delayed world.

Nintendo is just in its own world, just prints money. Helps when their games are the most expensive too but people will buy it because of their children.
