Rush was a bigger success on Steam.
Forspoken has 3 sets of sales and is $40 more. The chart isn't based on units sold.
You take just it's stream sales and its not on that chart pic.
Yes but not big enough to overtake Forspoken or even make the top 20.
I don't know where some people find the time to actually play any games when they're here and maybe multiple other sites arguing about nothing.

It's selling more on steam globally and still is (HiFi rush is 34 while forspoken isn't charting) not sure what narrative is been pushed here? Numbers are there, dude just linked NPD which tracks physical sales in NA.

It’s been yet to be confirmed, but an assumption of mine since niche online stores like limitedrungames.com.
And according to said dev who made the statement, each platform holder has a rule unplaced on how many physical copies must be produced….Xbox just happens to have the highest threshold requirement

MS posted sales numbers for Gears 5 back in 2019. Historically, if the game does well they will announce them.

Pretty clear most Xbox gamers who have played it did so via GP.
Not ignoring anything. Just stating that if you look at the overall picture instead of one platform to push a narrative, Forspoken did better despite the higher price which makes sense because of larger marketing push.
Miles Morales tracked in top 20 and beat Hifi Rush and they are probably the same price by now considering the former is a 2 year + game.

How is Forspoken selling better than expected and more than Hifi Rush negative for Xbox? It's one of the greater successes Xbox has enjoyed for a shadow drop and shows how GP is beneficial for games like this.
