My oldest son decided he wanted a ps4 so I listed his One on craigslist. He sold the One and BF4 for $465 and Wal-Mart had some ps4's in stock. Today was the first change I had to mess with it, I am not liking it near as much as the One. I am not talking about power etc, strictly the controller and especially the interface. I dont dislike the controller, I think it is better than the ds3 but it isnt as comfortable or feel as solid as the One controller to me. People talk about how bad the One interface is but I never heard anything bad about the ps4's but imo it is horrible.


Having said that the system is nice and I cant wait to see the next Uncharted, also PSN Plus is such a much better value than XBLG. It is amazing all the games that are available on it. My other kid is keeping his One so now I have access to both a PS4 and a One so win win!


Will any ps3 gaming headset work on it?

Yeah, but playing competitive FPS multiplayers on PC with a controller really limits your ability to aim and will get you killed left and right. It's the reason why even DICE's games like Battlefield and Bad Company do not properly support controllers on PC if at all. But I'm definitely with you on the controllers. It's just plain nicer to sit on a couch and game with a controller.

Now now I been playing with controller support since the ole Quake 2/Unreal days... Some just don't like kb/mouse.
Am I getting the precision that kb/mouse players are? Heck no!
That's why I want the Steambox controller so bad ;)
 
Infamous! Game just keeps looking better. I have to say looking at sony's 2014 exclusive lineup is not near as strong as I would have hoped. A decent amount of games, but nothing outside of infamous and PS2 for me makes me think wow.
 
Drive Club should be coming soon and then Infamous right after. It’s a great time to be a gamer. :banana:
 
Some indies will be exclusive or timed-exclusive as well. I haven't been keeping up with their release dates, though.
 
Yoshida responded with a big fat "no" to question on twitter which asked if there will be a future firmware update to disable the controller light bar. Ohh well, there goes that hope. At least there is a battery pack coming soon from a third party.

Contact Sony ASAP and tell them about the problem. I believe they will fix it. Fortunately I haven't had this issue yet.

Just played Warframe...Its amazing!

Do you know how many people can join online?
 
Ive been hooked to DCU for the past 6 hours. Once u get past lvl 10 the game really opens up and its pretty fun. I need to team up so anybody playing DC or Warframe, add me VVV-Aizen93

Not sure but you can call them and ask. I think people had to send the controller in first though...

Do you open a Party chat every time you start a game?. Probably not but your issue is weird. I would say it is your connection but NAT Type 2 is not bad and shouldn't cause this.
