I sometimes make such mistakes with my wife.
Be careful.

Try just saying my girl.

Coming from French leaker SoulsHunt, here is a quick translation:

Called Final Fantasy Origins
Exclusively on PS5
Developed by Team Ninja
It's a Soul-like
Most likely announced at e3
A lot of people know his existence (insiders)
A demo is coming this Summer if everything goes as planned

Seems to be and the person who originally leaked this said its the most dark and violent FF ever

I wonder if it'd be as violent and dark as if they'd let you play out Jenova's escape from Shinra HQ.

I have a gripe Sony.

I'm not a fan of $70 games, but no big deal, I usually wait for a sale anyway. The problem is the "sales" are terrible. I've been waiting for the Spider Man ultimate edition which is normally $70. Well now it is on sale for 14% off, so $60.14.

Anyway if you're looking to pick something up on sale, they have a lot marked down, assuming you can squint enough to see the discount.

I feel your pain. I've been waiting for Demon's Souls to go on sale. Its on sale from $69 down to $60. :really:

Yeah I'm not sure whether to wait or just get it now. I'm guessing the next big sale won't be until Black Friday.

I'll probably just take the plunge now as it seems sales are few. It will probably be a little cheaper at year end but there's no guarantee.

One thing I'm keeping an eye on is a deal on PS gift cards. Sometimes you can get a $50 for 5-10 off.

I was reading the comments section of the IGN article detailing the physical disc sales from different retailers. There are so many who are still not happy about Sony's games price increase. Someone at the comments section said something like "Ohh look PS5 games are now regular price", lol.

You are getting a lot of content with the Spiderman Ultimate Edition so I say make the purchase. Its a really fun game and is one of the best looking games to come out for new consoles so far.

For me Last of Us 2 is a lock for purchase and I'm still debating on whether or not to get anything else. I'm keeping in mind that Sony is dumping another wave of what looks to be great games in mid June so there's that to consider.

Just treat Sony Sales like Nintendo sales and it will all make sense. I picked up a digital copy of Miles Morales off PSN.

I was thinking of grabbing Demon's Souls as well but for only $10 off will probably just wait. Have enough to play anyways.

Why are you directing the gripe at Sony?
They didn't start $70 games and there console isn't the only one to have $70 games.

As far as the sale.. you won't get Demon's Souls cheaper digital any time soon 😐

I agree, I don't think Demon's Souls will significantly drop in price in the near future. Its a hot selling game and I'm willing to bet its on top of the list of games to get for all those gamers who have yet to get a PS5. So it'll be selling well for a while still.

I know I'll love Spider Man (played a bit on PS4) but the idea of paying $60 for a remaster and an expansion seems wrong.

I am totally with you on this.
I have not and will not pay close to that for a upgraded version especially when MS does it for free.
It's a dick move by Sony.

Imagine being a Nintendo fan. Those games never go cheap.

The expansion is just as long as plenty of other games, if you've never purchased Spider-Man before it's hard to see a real reason to complain about paying $60 for what are basically two games. Spider-Man isn't just a resolution bump either they've upgraded models, changed lighting, added ray tracing etc it's not like a lot of remasters that just up the resolution and maybe the framerate and call it a day.

I did buy it, like a year or so ago. They just seem really skimpy with the deals.

I rarely pay more than $30-40 for games unless I want them right on launch day/

*edit to add below from article, fixed from self trolling

SIE also expects to release these PlayStation Studios live-service projects on PlayStation 5 as well as on other platforms. This is not unlike what Microsoft is doing with Halo multiplayer, which is launching on Xbox and PC this holiday.

And that is the challenge with live-service games from a company like Sony. How could a game exclusive to a console compete for attention against something like Fortnite, which is everywhere? The answer is seemingly to put those games out wherever you can.
