I just couldn't justify having all 3 because I really only have time for 1 console.

Thanks, dno. But honestly, I did lean in the direction of the PS4, when that was all I owned. I didn't take sides, but I had a favorite. I guess we all do. I think that when you own only one console, it's natural to lean a little in that direction. It would be hard not to. And I do think that is one advantage of owning both -- the fanboy in you dies a little.

You seem very balanced yourself. That might have something to do with owning all three consoles.

I feel that way about xb1 exclusives, but love having the option of ps4 for multiplatforms. Its just so early to choose in many ways, neither system has showed much of their hand, so in 2-3 years both systems will have huge surprises, so you will have to pretend not to be interested from the other side.

Well, there are games I am interested on Xbox side, don't get me wrong. It's just that I don't have enough time to play everything. So I'd rather focus on one platform.
 
Xbox One/PC only, until something comes out that is worth shelling out for on PS4/Wii U.

At the moment, I'm thinking Zelda and Uncharted 4 might do the trick; though I might wait for reviews/Twitch-streams for Uncharted based on the last two ND games.

I disagree. A fanboy is a fanboy through and through. Doesn't matter if they own one or 12 consoles. Like you said, we all have our favourites and we all have a bias slant to that favourite. Owning one or more console has no real bearing on that, IMO.

I had all 3 consoles last-gen and still shat all over the PS3 and Wii, why, because they were inferior consoles. The 360 was the best for me, it had the best hardware, best software, best features, etc( please do not disagree or argue people, I understand others will feel differently) and similar goes for this gen thus far. The Wii U has nothing, The PS4 does not have enough software for me. The Xbox One is the only one that is ticking all the boxes.

In the same boat as MW, own both but play the X1 99% of the time. :txbcool:

Pixels, p's, and all that techno crap matter far less to me than controller, friends, online stability, and particular exclusives. [HASHTAG]#mytruth[/HASHTAG], ymmv.
 
As of this post, with 46 votes, this is the percent of people that have each particular console respectively:

81% Xbox One
54% PS4
17% Wii U
 
Wii U and Ps4, have a feeling this may be the last gen that I am gone buy consoles, then maybe go over to pc only.

QFT can't blame anyone on the fence if they already own a ps4 or xb1. Once they each have a nice list of AAA exclusives would be the perfect time price and bundle wise to jump on the other for the frugal in all of us.
 
I have both the X1 & PS4. But since Destiny dropped I've mostly been on the PS4. I do intend on going back to my X1 to finish a few really good games like Sunset Overdrive, Mordor and Horizon 2. But its tough when I'm dealing with a Destiny addiction.

I was using "fanboy" facetiously. I didn't really mean it; I just liked the image of a tiny fanboy inside me, dying a little bit.
 
Own both X1 and PS4. Xl gets vast majority of my time but hoping to spend more time with PS4 when the Order and Bloodbourne are released.

Here's the current breakdown (with 54 votes).

Percentage who own one console: 52%
Percentage who own two consoles: 31%
Percentage who own three consoles: 13%
Percentage who own no consoles: 4%

Of those who own one console:
Own an X1: 79%
Own a PS4: 21%
Own a Wii U: 0%

Of those who own two consoles:
X1 + PS4: 82%
PS4 + Wii U: 12%
X1 + Wii U: 6%
