We've also had a number of questions on how we take our screenshots too - do we use some special photo mode or trick that only the development team have access to? Or were they taken on PC really or captured at a huge resolution and scaled down?
The answer is no to all the above - all screenshots are taken just like you'll be able to in the final game... by simply pausing and snapping away.
Because the Xbox one version is simply the best, and the discussion ends there. But the PS4 and PC are still trying to break the lie-breaker for second place.
Looks like they need to work on AA.
PS4 taking home the multiplat crown once again.
Wow! If the PS4 version looks anything close to that, then these guys have taken Turn 10 and Evolution Studios to school.
Sony is beating down an old gaming laptop with their slightly newer, but old gaming laptop. Congrats, so much competition.

lolThat makes sense then. The Xbox One wins out all around this gen. PS4 and PC battle for the scraps.

Maybe, turns out PS4 is the console with the secret sauce. Plot twist!
On a serious note, I think many smoke & mirrors are use for the console versions, cutting put details, physic in area not obvious. Just a guess.
I was merely making a joke in the first sentence, which is made clear with the very next sentence. Didn't expect anyone to take it as a console battle comment. If so, my bad. Apology. You know, for someone who constantly harps on others for perpetuating the console "war"...
With the hype surrounding this game, related to it's SIM physics....it better TROUNCE the simulation physics in GT, Forza, Race Pro and iRacing. If it even has a hint of Shift 2 physics, the game can blow me.
The Xbone version takes the essence of the PC/PS4 version and improves it by a factor of 720x !!!
x=p
Uh ok.
Anyways PC version is clearly better in those.
Not real comparisons. Just bullshots. Comparisons can't actually begin until released.
Snapshot modes are not very different from bullshots. Forza's snapshot and autovista modes should be proof enough of that."If you think the screenshots above are “bullshots,” they aren’t. At least for what the PC version is concerned, they’ve been taken simply by selecting the external view, unlocking the camera and painstakingly trying to find a matching angle. Project CARS Creative Director Andy Tudor mentioned that the PS4 screenshots have been captured with the same method.

Yea I'm sure in motion it would be harder to tell the difference. Either way PS4 version is looking pretty good anyways. And yea I saw that picture lol.Yes, the pc version does look better.....but you'd really need to look close to see it.
Someone posted this in the article.....lol
Xbox One Graphics...

Well, snapshot modes pre-render your screenshot with added visual fidelity and effects not possible in real-time gameplay. So maybe you are right. Maybe snapshot modes aren't bullshots.I'm just quoting what the dev is saying so maybe you and them just have a different meaning for "bullshots?"

Snapshots in Forza, GT have post processing, like added AA , lense effect etc, hence they are slighltly enhance.Snapshot modes are not very different from bullshots. Forza's snapshot and autovista modes should be proof enough of that.
