I give it a B. It could have been a better grade but they spent a half hour on nonsense. They were hitting it out of the park and stopped the momentum they had like a train wreck. Once again, leaks made everything, except LBP, less impactful like the leaks did for Microsoft.

I give it an A because it made me want a ps4 badly. Also, just how many timed exclusives were announced?

I give it a B due to the 30 minutes of boring nonsense. However, Bloodborne, Last of Us remastered, Uncharted, The Order etc. makes me glad I invested in the better console that is the PS4. I have no reason to own an Xbox One, I could play those games on my PC.

Same score as microsoft, B-.

Started off nicely but quickly became a borefest. Ended nicely though.

Everything in the middle needed to be condensed or left for a pre e3 announcement or after.

D.

Too much filler, too much TV, too much remakes, too many suits talking hyperbole. Too many multiplats getting the limelight. When I first saw LBP getting ready, I thought that would be cool. It wasn't. The people presenting it seemed unprepared.

Best bit was Bloodborne.

B.

+Lots of games, Bloodborn, Little Big Planet 3 this year , No Mans Sky, PS Now

-No Last Guardian, Layton is kinda lame, no Cerny.

Just like the Xbox One conference.

B. A bit better than MS but not by much because of that half hour borefest. And no fricking TLG. Sigh.

B I like what I saw.

Same as MS, a lot of good, mostly expected games. Nothing really blew me away.

Good, but boring as hell with short bursts of awesomeness

I wanted MS style of conference with sony's games.

Based on the gaming content they showed it's an A, when you grade the whole show it's a B because of the non gaming stuff. Batman, GTAV, and Uncharted all look amazing (even if we only saw a little piece of UC) MK:X, and Far Cry 4 both looked awesome and the LBP3 looks like fun. There were several others there that really got my attention as well.

Got to give them a C+. Many good looking games but that 20 or so minutes of media/app/service talk really bogged the conference down and was just really boring.

They should have talked about the media stuff first and saved all of the game talk for last.

Rated Both conferences C's. Sony showed off what I considered to be better stuff BUT it just drug on too long.
Microsoft showed less of what I wanted, but at least it wasn't too long and drawn out. That, and Sunset overdrive, which many are calling game of E3 just doesn't excite me.

I was envisioning the same thing when i was watching the conference. It gets a B from me but it's definitely the best conference this E3 so far IMO.

B-/C+

Project Beast and Uncharted 4 were hype, good The Order trailer. Decent exclusive announcements with LittleBigPlanet 3, The Talos Principle, Grim Fandango, Let It Die, Ratchet & Clank remake, and the usual ton of indie/Vita games. Great multiplat trailers too.

Would have been higher but that dead time in the middle killed the momentum. Would give it a solid B if it wasn't for that.

If only they had shown TLG after Uncharted. It would be the best E3 ever.

Boy... high double standards to gloss over Sony's media/app talk in here after the years of criticism that MS got for doing it.

The whole "E3 conference nothing but games" thing just started with MS last year. Both of them have gone off of games to talk about other things in past E3s. Not sure what you mean by "years of criticism" and "double standards".

The Xbox One reveal wasn't even an E3 event.

I'll give Sony a B. Solid conference but all the TV and movie talk towards the end almost put me to sleep. Lots of good games though. I just wanted to know Uncharted 4 was coming even if it was just a tease.

I think a lot of people were saying the 30 mins TV talk was a borefest so what are you referring to?

C I liked the game stuff they showed but god damn was the conference boring as hell.

B. Would have been an A had they not gone into all that TV rubbish and an A+ if Bloodborne was releasing this fall.
