Well I got an even bigger issue. I just can't seem to put the controller down, I have to keep playing! It's that I have a girlfriend that takes the controller out of my hand otherwise I would be faking a very heavy injury so I have to call in sick to work and play all day long.
I guess that's a problem that deserves a compensation.
For some reason "Xbox On," doesn't work. "Xbox Off," does.
what is the standard warranty, is it one year through Microsoft? I never buy extended warranties but I am tempted with this one, ill probably pass as long as i am covered for a year with a standard manufacturer warranty
Re configure the Kinect, I had that issue and a re-calibrate fixed it.For some reason "Xbox On," doesn't work. "Xbox Off," does.
where does it say that?Mine says it expires February 16, 2015

FWIW: The xbox doesn't seem to have any hardware capable of making either a ring shaped light or the color red.
Yes, the worse problem designation they could have now, is the no light of nothing. That was prolly the first thing MS mandated for the One, no circular and red lights...
My XB1 is running great but the fan in the power brick is really loud. Even when the system is on standby I can still hear the fan running from 25ft away
Something is wrong then. I can't even hear the fan in the power brick when I stand next to it.
Thanks for letting me know that your power supply is quite. I am going to contact Microsoft about getting a replacement one. If you do a search on the web, there are some other people complaining of this problem as well
Mine has a distinct "whine" to it... I chatted with online rep yesterday and they're sending a new power brick...
I also finally caved and got the extended warranty ($69.99 for an additional 2 years)... who knows what will happen - but at $35/year for a full replacement - that's hard to beat...
Now my warranty extends thru Feb 8, 2017.
Are they sending an advanced replacement? I don't want to wait two weeks for a power brick with exact same issue. Which is what others is having happen.
