Played some more Ryse over the weekend, I'm now 31% complete and absolutely LOVING IT!!!!...I can't wait to finish the game so I can give it a go on the hardest difficulty!
 
I beat it, now im deciding if its worth keeping or trading for COD ghosts. hmmm
 
Nothing is worth trading for Ghosts. Worst next gen game I've played on either system, by far.

For those who've done a second play through, which difficulty do you recommend for someone who played through on normal initially?

I have a feeling that Corrine Yu will be the new "Mark Cerny" to Sony fans. As in they didn't give a s*** about her until she joined Sony but now all of a sudden they can't shut up about her.

I'd say keep it, but i hate COD with a burning passion so my opinion on the matter might be a bit suspect.

You may as well go for legendary. It can be frustrating, but when you are done you'll eat the arena mode for breakfast.

on that note- anyone else enjoy arena mode as much as I do? I just do the solo mode. Addicting as hell...

Solo mode only has like 3 arenas. You should do multiplayer it has a bunch of arenas totally different pretty cool. I started solo and got a little bored with the same arenas and didn't knew there were more till I went online.

I'm playing on Centurion now, and I've actually died once or twice. Still loving it. I will attempt Legendary at some point, too, but I wanted to be assured of a complete 2nd playthrough, so I chose Centurion. Legendary might be too hard for me.

Is there a way to choose which MP level you get put into? Does it show that you've completed a map when you've gone through it? I'm kind of struggling to see the structure within the MP mode. I've played a few matches with random people , and it was fun. Is there some sort of progression as you beat levels, apart from your character's leveling? Thanks.

The first arena you don't get to choose. When you finish that and kill the leaders then you or your partner choose which arena. It doesn't show when you complete an arena. And yeah the only progression is leveling your character. I'm not sure if it's suppose to get harder with each round. I've only played like Three rounds and then my partner leaves. For now it's fun and all but it's too easy.
 
If any of you are wanting to do some coop, I'm down. I'm wanting to get the challenge achievement, so completing all arena locations would be cool.
 
Cerny is nothing special at all. Yu, on the other hand, is actually brilliant and creative. Great pick up for ND. Luckily the base engine tech will already be done for 343i and they'll have no trouble at all finding a replacement. But let's avoid lumping her in with Cerny. His name doesn't deserve to be in the same sentence as hers.

I've beaten it on Soldier and Centurion and have done a couple levels on Legendary. So far it seems like it's just more enemies and tighter timing windows for blocks. And harsher damage by enemies too. They should've included co-op for the SP campaign.
