Looks ok. Not dark and gritty enough in my books.

Now if a open world zombie survival game can have the art style and looks of that game Dead by Daylight that would be A+. I just mean the eeriness of the game (dark and misty), not the quirky low budget animations.

I really wish this had the polish/presentation/animation of that Days Gone demo. Would have taken it to another level.
For real. State of Decay has the potential to be a big franchise for the Xbox brand. I think this game will be great and if it's received well they'll really go all out next time.

I'd rather be playing Killer Instinct.

It might be in a scale like destiny is far as coop
Should be even more so. My understanding is that co-op partners can choose to separate and go to different areas of the game world to try and accomplish separate objectives at the same time.

The only part State Decay I didn't like was the whole management part. I love exploring, rescuing, etc. I'd start losing people. They weren't happy, blah blah blah. Plus, the beginning tutorial wasn't good enough to help me get use to that. So, I bailed.

Part of me is still interested in this game; just not sure how much micro management there is.

Its one of the things I loved about it so much.

This weeks' picture
Eh. Show me some tech vids. Do we really need over-worked concept art (as in spending tons of time detailing an imaged used to show atmosphere that could be just as useful in a rougher state)? I want animation test videos and the like, damn it!

That wasn't concept art, it was from my weekend with the development team. ;)

THAT is how you swaddle a grown man.

So that they can't escape?

1. I am deathly terrified of spiders. Even the sight of them. They can read your mind.

2. Pfft. I'm more inspired by the events of Stephen King's Misery. (The movie though, not the book. I think it's more romantic to crush someone's feet with a sledgehammer than to chop them off with an axe)

Book is always better. Although I must admit I cringe every time i see that scene.
