Not sure why you are including indie style games that are mostly already released on PC, PS3 or 360 when people buy new consoles for higher budget games, and my comparison has been key high budget and multiplat exclusives.
Well, ya. It has like staccked gpus equaling 160tflops with the cloud and stacked arm processors and there is stacked ddr4 ram under the ddr3
I never knew indie games were the benchmark for getting new consoles (of which many are already released on various platforms). But fair enough. Flower at 90 is better than all PS4 games right now. And Resogun at 84 is better than almost all full budget games, including KZ and Knack and Injustice.
They don't generate the types of revenues that are needed to save Sony, so no they are not real games in the financial business sense.

Games in general is the reason I buy a new console. I'm having just as much fun playing Resogun than AC4. If I had an Xbone Peggle 2 and Max would definitely be in my library.

Other than Kinect what "much, much more" does the XB1 offer over the PS4 in terms of entertainment? They both play games, they both play DVD and bluray movies, they both have streaming services (which aren't behind a paywall on PS4) like Netflix, they both play music, they both have basic internet access. So what's this "much, much more" you speak of...

So cool, you'll have one not-exactly-exclusive "exclusive" FPS in Titanfall and a not nearly as popular as it was 10+ years ago FPS exclusive. Don't get me wrong, Halo 5 WILL sell consoles, that's a given, but it's hardly going to set the world on fire.
Still, Halo is much, much, muuuuuuch better than COD, so you have that.

I went to 3 different gamestops today to get a Wii U title for my nephew for xmas (the first didn't have it but they called another store that did, BUT... there were 2 gamestops on the same corner and of course the first one I went in was the wrong one).
Anyway, all three had a stack of XB1's containing roughly 20 boxes, all three had signs saying "Sorry, we won't have any more PS4's before xmas".
This could mean that Sony shipped 30 bajillion consoles and they all sold out, or it could mean they shipped 100 and they all sold out. It could also mean that while Sony shipped 100 to each store and they all sold out that MS shipped 500 to each store and 480 were sold.
You just gloss right over all the posts showing that your opinion is that of the minority and keep rolling on down that hill of FUD thinking your opinion is fact and shared with everyone except Sony fans, don't you?

Seeing as the PS4 is selling out almost immediately everywhere it's being sold I find it hard to believe they would blame their COO for not making PS4 popular enough to suppress the sales of the ONLY OTHER NEW-GEN CONSOLE ON THE MARKET.
Just goes to show how fvcking pathetic this new-gen is. The ammo for who's "winning" is a list of exclusive titles, none of which broke the 80% bar. Seriously, a new-gen of consoles can't dazzle people enough in visuals alone to warrant at least an 85?

I don't think this was because of terrible PS4 sales... but the consumer electronics in general. The article even states the "already popular PS4 in the region".
They're both going to have plenty of great exclusive games. That much should be obvious. Time will tell who supports their console in its later years, but we know what happened last gen.
As far as sales, still waiting on non-supply constrained numbers. Boxes sitting on a store floor doesn't mean much. Xbox has more potential casual appeal with its TV and media features, but the price needs to come down first imo. It's pretty obvious there's more interest and demand for PS4 and that will translate to more global sales as supply becomes less of an issue.
Introllovision is deliberately confusing known hardware specs that won't change with exclusive game support there's still a precedent for. He's rivaling Astro for walls of deceptive and wrong BS. He deliberately fake quotes people, makes up delusional strawmen constantly, and is an obviously malicious troll in every sense of the word.

Idle: If you bothered reading the article, it states weakness in TVs, cameras, and PCs are the cause for concern as targets shave been slashed and profits sinking.
There is no mention of Playstation being a laggard in the article. There's more to Sony than just the gaming division, so for you to assume otherwise based on PS4 demand is narrow minded thinking.
For years, it's well known Sony's electronics such as TVs have been a sinking ship of profits for probably 5+ years, so the fact you didn't even consider that in your initial "but PS has high demand" view (before seeing the link) goes to show your skewed thinking.

I feel going by TF's both are super weak but with consoles you can't just go by TF's when comparing them to a pc.
They both would blow away a pc that had the same small TF count.. So yes in a way neither are weak.
I don't think many people will combat the paper specs. That's all we have to go by unless someone wants to try getting hold of both consoles, opening them up, analyzing them and debunking the specs.
But what is known is that despite PS4's huge spec advantage, X1's games are currently better as a whole. The multiplats are close and X1 (at this point) has better exclusives, as Knack and KZ ended up being mediocre. I'm not saying Ryse, DR3, F5 and KI are AAA games getting 90/100 scores. In fact their collective scores aren't mindblowing either. But they are still noticeably better. I can understand Knack being that as it never looked great from the beginning, but KZ's ho hum entry onto PS4 is a surprise as it's been a solid shooter since KZ 2.
Xbox has poor price/performance in terms of gaming graphics. It would need to be $300 to have the same TF price/performance as PS4. Or for the same $500 you can get a Steambox with an R270 with more than twice the TF.
