Biden was Biden, but did better than the first one.
Castor didn't get enough time. Great messaging.
Yang did well. Still a one trick pony thus far. Needs to expand beyond free money and automation in a meaningful way.

Warren and Sanders will dust everyone that makes the next debate.
A Warren/Sanders Sanders/Warren ticket gets the job done.

It makes sure there's no, 'Bernie didn't get the nomination, so I'm boycotting the election.'
Well I would hope that isn't an issue this time as Hillary isn't Warren. Hopefully Bernie won't go out there and attack her when he no longer has a chance to win. The situation should go down much differently because its hard to imagine Biden not being there towards the end so it should allow one of the two to throw their support to the other.
Neither is currently very popular with black voters so they might need a black VP.
And the next debate should just be Biden/Warren/Harris/Bernie/Pete/Beto/Booker
I would sub out Beto for Yang. Neither really have a chance, but at least Yang has some interesting ideas.
At least Beto has had some reasonable support in some polls. He could use another debate to help start a senate bid or makes himself appealing as a VP.
I don't have any problem with Yang but its not like anyone is going to adopt his ideas. If you want to put someone in there for that reason alone put Inslee in there because at least climate change is worth it.
Finally caught up on Real Time and she was the opening guest on his most recent episode. She wasn't bad on there but some of her past positions and comments are ugh.

Tulsi? She hired a russian operative guilty of illegally lobbying for russia to be the head of her PR in Hawaii. That is completely disqualifying.

Warren and Sanders are the best looking candidates.
Biden did much better than last time, but spent a lot of time defending himself because everyone was attacking him.
Yang called out the media wonderfully. Still loves free money and the robots r comin' fer er jerbs. I agree with the jobs part.
CNN tried to get candidates to attack each other. Warren and Sanders had none of that.
Warren, I feel, is head and shoulders above the rest.
Booker did a decent job when given the time.
Castro did OK.

Beto did, eh. He's a terrible "debater." I thought he was better at it than that.
The rest of the cast are irrelevant.
I still think the format should be switched up. Make it shorter and more aggressive but with more episodes.
You might think the candidates..... er.... I mean contenstants are to busy hang around for a 1 or 2 week show, but they could film several episodes back to back in a day and play them out over time instead of making us all slog through awful 2 hours of crap TV.
Something with a quick elimination style like The Weakest Link. Except let each candidate take turns as the Host Moderator going rapid fire.
Also make the arguments go clockwise making sure everyone gets time.
Like The Weakest Link, people would get voted off periodically and maybe the host can persuade who they should kick off.

It really is a no win though. The debate format doesn't allow anywhere near enough time to discuss something as complex as healthcare intelligently.
The format is such that it is just a silly search for soundbites. Hopefully voters go to each candidate's websites and read the details on the plans.

I haven't talked to any current Republicans about this, but I imagine they're all shocked and dismayed because he didn't call them monkeys from s***hole countries, and so he's now considered a raging liberal.
