While I disagree with him on almost everything and will be hoping his days as majority leader end soon, I've got to congratulate Mitch Mcconnell for a long life. I didn't realize how long until this.
That was absolutely not on CNN nor MSNBC when I watch them. Nonsense.Lol, I found out from Youtube that Trump wanted to push the debate back a week because he was sick with coronavirus. That's a legitimate reason for wanting the debate pushed back. CNN/MSNBC didn't report that at all and instead reported that the sole reason why he wanted to debate in person was because he wanted to "infect Biden". That's not journalism. That's much worse than what I would get from The Young Turks, The Hill, or Secular Talk.
Probably shouldn't get your "news" from Facebook and Youtube.
Trump's having a nuclear meltdown. Trying desperately to deflect attention away from his illness, his ducking the debates, and basically just looking like a fool.
GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell remains skeptical of the chances for an agreement, having told an audience in Kentucky on Friday that he didn't see a deal coming together before Election Day.
"I think it's unlikely in the next three weeks," McConnell said Friday. He said later that “the first item of priority of the Senate is the Supreme Court," suggesting there isn't time to process both a relief bill and the high court nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett before the Nov. 3 election.
One thing I love about Andrew Yang, yeah he's a Democrat but he's not into playing games just trying to get results.

lindsay graham has Covid 19 and he’s refusing to take a test for next debate. If he tests positive, the hearing for the scotus nominee can’t take place.
Dems in house have had a bill passed to senate since May I believe. Turtle would not bring it to vote. Same turtle said there’s not enough time to vote in anything since SCOTUS is the focus. November 4th, compromise. Before, no way, unfortunately.

And Senate Republicans are b****ing out Mnuchin for these negotiations. They don't want to do anything.
But its no surprise that the usual suspects will decide its Nancy Pelosi's fault when nothing happens.
Pelosi agrees to it and then who's got the pressure on them? the point is to get the people help not play politics and if she agrees it all goes back to senate republicans and if they are the sticking point that makes it even more likely that they lose the senate in November.
The house bill is $3 trillion I believe and has a lot of stuff in it that doesn't go directly to the people, if they have a shot at getting direct relief to people they need to take it and worry about the other stuff after. It's not going to look good when Republicans have a way of saying "we tried to get you $1200 but Pelosi wanted money for other things etc.
