How odd is it for a company to install TV and internet without charging for it prior to installing it? The only thing asked beforehand was my social security # to run a credit check. My account has $0.00 due on 1/1/0001. I keep explaining to the customer service reps the situation and they tell me I have no service order scheduled and ask me idiotic questions that they already asked me before giving me the runaround. It's just completely insane...
Also, would moving the modem/router combo away from the wall jack that has a 6' cable, to another room using a 25' cable cause any issues at all? It would be simpler for me to run just 1 cable through a room instead of 3 cables...even though my WiFi speeds are almost double of wired speeds.
