 GOTY,don't even try to argue.

OK finally beat the griffon. Crafted a couple of bombs, which helped a lot. Then I learned how to properly use food and the magic armor. Was tough, but I'm glad that's over with.

I haven't read all of the posts so I'm not sure if this was discussed, but is anybody having problems with the secondary Redinia's Most Wanted and A Deadly Plan quests? Apparently both are a big deal and looking across the Internet, both seem to be pretty glitchy.

I can't figure out how to get A Deadly Plan to trigger (I've finished the Get Junior and Treasure main story quests), I've even gone to the brothel to speak to the lady and try and trigger it that way to no avail.

Additionally, with Redinia's Most Wanted, I'm having trouble handing it in to Triss? My only convo options with her are about her quests. Anybody know if I'll be able to deliver it to her further on? Or if an option becomes available to give it to Yen?

A deadly plan wont trigger until you finish the Triss secondary quest - Now or Never

I came across a freaking monster that was damn impossible to beat without traps. Ugh...

You know something this game really,REALLY needed? An Auto Level Up similar to Bioware's. Its very easy to forget to upgrage sometimes, and the clunkiness of the menus don 't help.

It doesn't happened often, but some of the info, (or lack of it) in some quests are not very clear.

There is a main quest early in Velen where you asked to find someone, and there is little info.

I try combing a big area where she supposedly last seen & going nowhere. So I went to the Internet and found out you need to do & complete another quest to carry on the story.

are you talking about the main mission lol if there is no marker then its not time to do the mission.

Yes. Like I said, it's unclear. There are quite a few people that asked the same questions so I am not alone.

Anyway, there is another quest later where there are markers but bugged or poorly executed. I went to where the marker is, and the person is not there. After a while, I realize I need complete a side quest in order to move in the main quest....

It's not deal breaker but I am just saying some quests can be improved in informing players.

Also another thing that bugged me is often quests are lower level than the recommendation. For instance there is the brother in arm quest with recommended level of 22. But when you start to do the quests involved to finish the quest line , many of them are level 17-18. I was level 24 when I started so I got like 5xp...

I like witcher 3, evidently puttung near to 95 hours already, but there are certainly some room for improvements.

yeah i guess i never have the problem cause i usually always do side missions ahead of main missions

Playing this weekend! This game is seriously a masterpiece.. no way any game is going to best it this year.. and I'm including Batman and MGS5.

Agreed. CD Projekt has set the bar and this is their first non-linear sandbox RPG, and they are only a 250 man studio. Compare that to bigger studios with ridiculous budgets like Bethesda and Bioware.

My only issue is I wished they'd ripped off Batman's core combat off and made it more savage obviously with blades. I'm not usually a big fan of ripping things off, but I think it would have worked.

Getting real sick of these tit for tat quests. If you want someone to help you, you have to help them first. It's every f***ing quest line. I just want to find Ciri and move the story forward but I swear to god every lead I get, I have to jump through their countless hoops.

One thing to keep an eye on is your mutegens, there is a bug that makes them stop working and you have to remove them and put them back to get the effect back.

What quests other than the ones given by the Baron are you talking about? Even so, "Family Matters" isn't excessively tit for tat. lol

If thats the case, sorry to disappoint you, this happen in just about 80-90% of main quests. You need to do something for someone, often a few things for someone before the plot can move forward.

How far are you? Let us not get carried away here. As I understand it, you have mixed feelings about this game.

Lambert -"I didn't know you were a Poet."
Geralt - Oh, but I am. You want to hear a limerick?"
Lambert - "Sure."
Geralt - "Lambert, Lambert - What a prick."
