Trials Fusion: April 16th

One of the best series to hit last-last. I'll be honest though... I preferred the small enclosed technical nature of the Trials HD to Evolution, but loved them both.

Already a thread in the Multiplatform section.

Like I said there though. One of the best series to hit last-gen. Although, I preferred the more enclosed technical trials HD to Evolution, but loved them both. This is a day one for me.

Sweet. Loved all the Trials games. They get my blood boiling, but in a good way.

Consider it purchased then.

I sucked ass at the first game, but it was a blast to play.

The MP looks interesting and could be fun. Or it could be lame.. but even if it is I'm more interested in SP.

Will this still be priced as an arcade type game or is it now classed as a AAA full priced game?
I only ask because I read the CVG article yesterday and they mentioned something along the lines of the boxed edition will come with a season pass and the digital version will be the standard game and the pass can be bought as an add on.

Digital versions is like $20, but the Disc version is $40. Now, before you rant and rave, the disc version also comes with a DLC pass for the first 6 DLC packs, which would cost you another $20 Separately, or more if you buy the DLC in individual packs.

Looking forward to this. Trials Evo had so much replayability due to the course creator. Can't say I'm excited by the stunt mode, but at least it's just a mode.

The latest trailer for Trials Fusion, RedLynx's upcoming side-scrolling racing game, demonstrates the game's the all-new tricks system, competition mode and tracks.

The title will launch April 16 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, and April 24 on Windows PC. Those who pre-order the $19.99 PC game from select retailers will gain access to a closed beta on March 21. The physics-heavy racing game and a mobile installment of the franchise called Trials Frontier was announced last June at E3 2013.

Looks pretty awesome to me.

I cant wait for this one. Trials and Trials Evolution are both two of the best games that ever released on XBLA. I like to call them the Dark Souls of Motocross games. Really brutal, and difficult to get right, especially on the later tracks, but the sense of accomplishment is enormous when you finally get that gold medal.

Wow, and it's right around the corner, I didn't realize so soon. Great blend of fun and frustration, with the latter coming a bit sooner than I liked. Pulling off a great run is intense but so rewarding.

I didn't realize we were so close either. This and Child of Light coming out pretty much back to back at the end of April. Good stuff.

Hopefully the game doesn't have v-sync issues up the ass like Evolution did.

YAY....Just checked one of my emails and found a BETA key dated from last week.:banana: Forgot I even signed up. 6% downloaded :banana:

I somewhat enjoyed the first game more not sure why. Hopefully this one fairs better.

First game was better. It was way more technical IMO.

This Fusion is very much in the same vein as evolution. So if you enjoyed the second you will enjoy this new one. I like the additions of little challenges per track, adds to the replay value of each track.
Hopefully the game doesn't have v-sync issues up the ass like Evolution did.

Going by the BETA...prepare for disappointment. Using the in-game v-sync option turns the game in to a slideshow. Although screen tearing is minimal with it off.

lol welcome to next-gen.

lol

I have no clue what the deal is with this Slow-Mo. Never had it in any game before, and it wasn't present in Trials: Evolution either. Still, it is only BETA at the moment.

Why are they having that issue, it's a very controlled game with its side perspective, seems like they are horrible coders, but good designers...

Is this remaining x1 exclusive, hoping for a PS4 port to see if they could actually iron out that issue.

Seems strange, does the game actually look quite a bit better, or is it looking the same in 1080p or what. Is it on X1 only or also coming to 360

No need to wait, game is coming to PS4, Xbox one, PC, and 360 ;)

Graphics ( based on PC BETA) are nothing to shout about, pretty much the same as evolution.
