What TV show have you seen recently ? Episode one

Got 5 episode of Vikings season 2 left.

About to start Fargo I got the first 4 episodes recorded.

Have 6 episodes of Breaking final season left. Damn this show has been great. Top 5 favorite shows of all time.

Originally I thought it was dumb that they were trying to make a show out of a movie, but it turns out I'm dumb for thinking that.

This is a much more complex story than what the movie portrays. I need to go and look up some sort of timeline of the reality of these events because it's pretty epic!

The show is fantastic though, seriously if you liked Fargo the movie...you are in for a treat.

My dad said I should watch it. I didn't have an interest in it because movie's to TV rarely work out. I'll binge it when the season is finished.
 
I'm working my way through Orphan Black. It's an above average show. It's not on the level of Luther, not really a comparison other than an awesome BBC distribute show, but it's watchable. The fact that I'm smitten by Tatiana Maslany doesn't hurt either. I'm six episodes into the first season.
 
Blacklist Finale - have to say that was rather disappointing. It was just another episode. Still an awesome show though.
 
Penny Dreadful- Episode one

I finally got round to seeing and boy am I glad. In the current TV trend of Gothic horror- Hannibal, American Horror story, and Bates Motel- this could turn out to be the best one yet. Unlike most shows that try desperately to set up an entire season in the opening episode, penny dreadful shows confidence by taking its time. Set against the back drop of Victorian England, the dark and eerie streets lend a fantastic tone to every scene. The 4 main characters thus far are played well by Josh Harnett as the American Gunslinger, Ethan Chandler. Eva Green as the enigmatic Vanessa Ives. Timothy Dalton as the sophisticated Sir Malcolm, and Harry Treadway who plays, well, I will not say who he plays.

It will be interesting to see what other famous Gothic characters turn up as the show progresses.
 
been kinda obsessed with the walking dead show lately, after enjoying the game so much.

the first half of season 3 was rather good i thought, though the 2nd half was kinda crappy... and the 2nd half of season 2 was also kinda crappy too. i dont think their material is made for the amount of episodes they produce
 
Hannibal:Season One - So, I finished up season one today, awesome. Fascinating stuff from start to end (although the end was a little anticlimactic). Mads Mikkelsen is phenomenal as Lector; Hugh Dancy is also fantastic as Will Graham. I can not wait to start season two.
 
Hannibal is pretty awesome. It greatly improves in season two in my opinion. While I enjoyed season one, it didn't hook me like season two has. It's a brilliant show.

I have the new shows Gang Related and Halt and Catch Fire recorded and ready to watch. I believe Gang Related is from creators of The Shield, and I have heard good things about Halt and Catch Fire.
 
Also catching up on Orphan Black season 2. My original plan was to let the entire season air before I binged it, but I couldn't wait.

I liked it a lot in the beginning but it tends to get more complicated than it should. Just wait until you catch up to last week. Made me o_O It's still good enough to watch.

Started season two of Orange is the New Black.

I've loved season two so far; but then again I absolutely loved season one as well. Episode 5 was just *wipes sweat*. Rachel's night wear was ridiculous!

That was a good episode. Tatiana Maslany makes it an easy watch. There's just something about her. I think it's her tiny size but cute butt. The editing and blending is superb. The multiple clones on screen at once is perfectly blended.

Just watched Orange is the New Black season 2 it was great and really enjoying Penny Dread full.
 
Kind of letting my DVR fill up and once again going through the Buffyverse. In S5 of Buffy and S2 of Angel.
 
Finished up season one of Orphan Black. Pretty darn good show. A little obvious in places and surprising in others. The main actress (do not know here name) is fantastic. Each character is portrayed with good uniqueness and yet a lot of similarity as well. I bet very few big time Hollywood actresses could not pull this role off.

Looking forward to season 2.
 
Anyone going to catch The Last Ship? Starts tomorrow night on TNT. Saw previews for it all through the NBA playoffs. I will give it a go.

TNT really never have anything I enjoy. However, I'll give The last Ship a shot just for Rhona Mitra.

Also, they have a new show in August called Legends which might be alright. It stars Sean Bean and Ali Larter.
 
I've mostly been watching reruns of older shows on netflix, watched the entire series of Merlin over a 2 week period and watch a lot of the Vicar of Dibley, I've probably seen that whole series like 5 times lol.
 
been watching supernatural on netflix. just started season 2 kind of surpassed how much I'm liking it.

Yeah when you hear WB show you think it will be meh. However it's well made and damn the effects are really good for a TV show for how old it is too.

Only thing sucks and a saw it after the fact is the first season on netflix has the music replaced so no rock music was in it so that sucked :( It's just the first season seems rest has the original music.
