Will TLOU move PS4 systems?

It will be full-price...
It's listed for pre-order at 59.99 at both PSN digital store and Amazon for pre-orders. :-/

The main target audience is those who didn't play it on PS3, offcourse.
I don't think it's that many more 'mature' players now, since it's a pretty new game, but a few years into PS4's lifetime - it should have long legs.

But it might also move some systems to the current PS3 TLOU-multiplayer base - the multiplayer is abit different from most other online games - so I think perhaps some of those PS3-players will upgrade when a better version is available. :-/

Personally I'm looking forward to see more blind playtroughs of it, I've seen alot of youtube, and it's pretty fun to see other peoples reactions while playing it on key-moments - compare their reactions to my own - since I can't play it for the first time anymore, watching others do it is the next best thing. :-/
So if some of you havn't played it, and you concider starting to record your playthroughs, this is one to concider to upload to your youtube-channel. :)

Technically, Ghosts and a lot other titles probably end up with less changes than what this game could end up with

It wont do much to move the system because its a PS3 game. Many people probably bought a PS3 to play it. They won't buy a PS4 to play it again. It also shouldn't be $60. If there's a PS4 bundle that has the game in it for free though, that would no doubt help.

Well, having model changes and changed geometry is already more...

Tell me one GREAT exclusive.

they will come, but I agree, very lackluster atm considering. Infamous should have been a launch title at the very least with another 2 big exclusives for spring-summer.

Instead we get indies and tlou remake? Why I am excited about a game I already played? That shouldn't be happening.

I think Resogun and Infamous are great personally. Also a huge fan of the PS4 remakes of Flower and Dead Nation. Killzone was definitely disappointing, but the campaign is still fun (though not as well designed as the past two games in the series).

But but...the PS4 is for the gamers :crazy:Guess we will have to settle for the Playremakestation 4 instead:crazy:

To be fair though, Infamous was supposed to hit in January and Drive Club was also supposed to be a launch title. Sony really better have a lot at E3 for this year.

I think ps4 will make up for it later, but the point is it should not have to. With ps3 being difficult to develop I understood, now, theres no excuse.

LOL like xbots didnt cream their panties when the Halo 2 rumors started.

Lol
Not found of spy devices ie cameras with mics so I can't play it.

I've seen some things on Ustream. Killer app.

Yeah, Halo 2. A game that was for literally the pinnacle of the series ten years ago that hasn't been playable online on an Xbox console for about four years now that has graphics made for a machine that came out 13 years ago.

Compared to a revisit of a game that came out less than a year ago.

That's a stretch of a comparison if I've seen one.

So what. It's still a remake, just like TLoU is, what's the problem? Did you forget Tomb Raider came out in 2013 as well? Where's the complaint for that.

The point is both fans of both games are excited that it's coming to next-gen.

Where's the complaint at all? I certainly wasn't complaining about TLOU remaster. I think it's cool that they're doing it, but I do think it is weird they're doing it so soon.

As far as Halo 2 goes, I was just pointing out why someone (me) might, "cream my panties" over that release. Nostalgia has already set in there, I can't imagine that being the case with TLOU within such a short time.

Also, FWIW, I did complain about Tomb Raider 2013 a little bit.

Ah, okay my mistake. I thought you were complaining about the remakes of such awesome games. Well, I've beaten TLoU last summer and I don't mind playing it again this summer with updated graphics and included DLC. At least there'd be something new in the title since I've never played Left Behind.

The included dlc will help sell it alone for those of us that didn't get it the 1st time.

A remakes a remake, and I have never played TLoU so I'm happy they are doing it.

No, but I'd probably buy it on PS4 at this point since I haven't bought it for PS3 yet. (I don't have a PS4.)

80 average says otherwise :p
80's a good score!
YES but not a GREAT one ;)

It's currently the best exclusive on XBone/PS4 - accoring to metacritic (with 86 critic reviews), alongside Forza (currently with 76 critic reviews) - if we don't count Resogun. :-/
And when the average review is 4 out of 5 - after so many reviews - most people will call it a great game. :-/

Most natural game-comparison on PS4 in the same genre, is Asassins Creed:Black Flag - that got 83 in average, that's also a openworld game.
Much better graphics on Infamous, but much more content and much better music in AC, wich make AC a better game. :-/
