There was some confusion online if it was exclusive or not, it never was announced as exclusive but some people were pushing that anyway. A lot of BS rumors get posted here by a few people so I figured I'd just put this up ahead of time. It's not a knock on anyone or anything. Also the switch version is the cloud/streaming version so this game is basically next gen/PC only.

Microsoft has announced an Xbox Games Showcase: Extended presentation that will take place on Thursday, June 17 and will feature conversations with Double Fine, Obsidian, Ninja Theory, Rare, and more.
Why did Sarah Bond look like she just came out of the bathroom? Or is that the hip thing to do now, have your shirt tucked in the front and untucked in the back.
After watching the videos individually on a nice 65” 4K screen, I’m much more impressed.
The only knock on FH5 is that there was some pop in on some of the mountain ranges. But they still have a few months to button it up.
I wish Redfall was gameplay. But I guess we get to know the character.

It's obvious in the self reflections. That said Horizon 5 still looks incredible and next gen, imo.
I still don't get why they don't use screen space reflections for the car self reflections. Drive club did to great effect.
Brad Sams said in his video that Microsoft said that ray tracing is coming.

Anyone else think that Outer Worlds 2 trailer was great just because of how honest it was? It was nice that MS allowed them to poke fun at the fact that the game was probably too early to announce, most companies do it but this is the first time I've seen one admit it in a trailer lol.
So, having let things sink in a little....
I thought it was very solid E3 for Xbox this year.
Starfield looks like it could be very impressive.

Flight Simulator looked gorgeous on console.
Horizon 5 looked really nice. That terrain detail.
STALKER 2 looked good.
Gamepass looks really good too. Has all the above but also cool looking games like Atomic Heart & Shredders. Seems like it has finally reached the steady stream point.
Plus a few new gamed announced in Horizon 5, Redfall, Contraband, and Outer Worlds 2.
I'd give the show a solid B-.

I gave the show a very solid 8/10. If looking at it from the perspective of Game Pass only, maybe a 9/10. For now sticking with the first score.
- Finally some in game next gen tech
- Battlefield looked astounding
- STALKER 2 is built by an Indie studio and looked more next gen than most games show the past couple years
- Forza has the best textures of all time
- Halo showed great! The size of the environments they showed for the campaign. Such a big sandbox to play in. The tone of the story. The multiplayer looks f'n fun as hell. As someone who's put over 2500 into Halo 5 and MCC combined...there's goes my life these holidays
- Really nice surprise Game Pass announcements with Back 4 Blood, Somerville, Hades, A Plague Tale and Atomic Heart
- Replaced - what is this? This looks so damned good
- The date on RedFall - Two new AAA IPs next year from Xbox. It's been years since they could say that.
- Three of the top five games we knew were going to be there that I was looking forward to was Starfield, Contraband and Redfall. The trailer for Starfield was a little disappointing in how little it showed but at least gave us a glimpse of in game assets and we know what Bethesda RPGs are like generally. Contraband's trailer did not communicate anything about the game. Redfall misled as Arkane Austin is making an immersive open world game and that looked like a Left for Dead clone from the trailer.
