Personally, I think it’s a missed opportunity as well, assuming it’s the only thing The Initiative has in the works. As I said previously, I thought their first title reveal was one of the most important, and a Perfect Dark reveal at the Game Awards that really didn’t show us anything fell flat, in my opinion.

That said, let’s wait and see what they bring out of the IP. Killer Instinct was dormant for 17 years, and it had legs.

Funnything is, even if I agreed TR was a failed IP it wouldn't mmake any difference to my point. My point wasn't that reboots are bad or fail. The point was this is a missed opportunity for a studio with so much talent to create the next big new IP for Xbox.

But once again the incessent need to defend means the point is ignored in order to peddle nonsense.

Correct TR was never a failure it just got a amazing shot in the arm with the reboot.

PD was huge critically speaking on Nintendo and a step down on 360. 3rd time is a charm with this new game looking pretty good imo.
