Yeah I hate 4K not have a resume feature but as mentioned that's not due to the consoles

I went to Best Buy earlier this week to pickup the new Dune and Halloween Kills 4K UHD discs. When I was checking out, a woman walked up to the nearby register and asked if they had the Xbox. The employee working the register opened up a cabinet and showed her the Series S and I was able to witness the following conversation (Best Buy employee in blue): "We have this one." "No, I want the Xbox." "This is an Xbox." "No, I want the game box." "Umm, do you mean the other Xbox? That one is really popular and is likely out of stock." "Umm, I don't know, I want the Xbox." "Yeah...there are two different Xboxes..." "Um, I don't know, I just need the Xbox."

I left and didn't get to hear the rest. You think the lady could have done at least a few seconds worth of research before going to the store to buy one. Gotta wonder how often people buy their kids the wrong console when generations change.

Yeah. I still think PlayStation was smart going with numbers. I mean Nintendo does fine with all their weird ass names and they have no problems. Oh well.

Just sounds stupid to be honest. I want a fridge, no I want the one that cools stuff. This does cool stuff. I don't know, I want a fridge. Lol.

Yeah, when she said "I want the game box", I instinctively turned around to see what she looked like.

Let's just say that she didn't look like she'd be attending any Mensa meetings. :laugh:

I’m gonna guess and say she probably didn’t go to the gaming section and see the one on display to have a reference for description

I want a BMW... You know, the fast cool one people buy... What? There's several models? With different names? And different production years?
Sheesh...I just want the BMW automobile.
