Xbox Rumors and Speculation

It'll be next year.
I feel like it will be 2023 (I could be wrong). I don't know if MS really wants to release a Forza game 2 years in a row. Not to mention, they are doing a new engine for this Forza, and I am thinking they might want to look at quality and more time in the oven.

That said, I wouldn't complain if it did come out in 2022.

It isn't a new engine. It is still the Forza Tech engine.

I know, but they are updating it.
Which is par for the course.

They started on Forza 8 years ago. That supposed delay to fix Forza 7 was BS. T10 actually have an advantage with upgrading the engine because they have 3 studios working on it.

I hope it's awesome. I hope it has Road America and I hope it has the C8.

It'll have Road America. They have the scans and data for it already, that makes it low cost.

I want new tracks. Howabout Donnington or Snetterton. Howabout Imola. So many new tracks they need to add.

I see Project Cars 3 has Snetterton. Too bad I hear that game sucks donkey balls.

Hopefully not just in Japan, maybe in Korea (Phil mentioned something a while ago), Philippines or China (since they just launched there last month).
While South Korea does have the best artists in the world when it comes to great-looking games, however, most of them feel empty.

There is no way State of Decay 3 is 2024 or later. State of Decay 2 released ih like 2018. While they have supported the game post launch there has been very little new content.
2024 is realistic. The studio hasn't been in full production this entire time. They've spent a lot of their studio resources supporting SoD2 while they work towards what SoD3 will be. It doesn't seem like it'll be a simple sequel. Game design pre-production cycle will be long. Last I heard, they weren't in full production and it's hard to see full prod being any less than two years. They're also planning on being much more ambitious for this project. My guess is we'll see Undead go on a hiring spree once they're about to hit full prod.

Jeff grub sucks. The only insider worth trusting is Jez.

at least he waits for something verifiable. Not just “what I heard.”

Nah I love Grubb. If people actually listened to him fully instead of clip him out of context, he's very up front in terms of what "he's hearing" and what he knows. He'll even say if what he's hearing is something he believes or not. His audience gets it. It just allows them to have similar information to Grubb and decide on their own. When he's been sure of something, there's only been a couple times it's backfired. I believe he's insightful and entertaining myself.

Jez is very trustworthy as well. He's more conservative in terms of what he's willing to share.

Grubbs problem is he is falling a little too love with the attention he is getting. You don't need to tell everyone everything you heard. He doesn't need to report on rumors from 4chan. And he doesn't need to milk what he knows like is doing with the Kojima exclusive

Kojima and Microsoft are working on a deal
Kojima and Microsoft are still working on a deal
Kojima and Microsoft have passed a milestone
Kojima and Phil Spencer went to see Black Widow and now they are going steady

I’ve listened to him plenty times.
Jez is the only “insider” worth listening to.
