2014-2015 NBA Off-Season Thread

Raps win against a quality opponent. Almost lost the lead in the 4th but obligatory:

LOL at Psycho T trying to mosh in the back.

Anyone interested in a VGF Basketball fantasy league on Yahoo? ...... just throwing it out there

I'd be interested but we'd need at least 10 ppl to make it fun otherwise it'll just be all stars vs. all stars which is no fun.

On a side note, Raps 4-1 to start the season. Top of the East

I want everyone to take a look at the Timberwolves sans Ricky Rubio these next few weeks.

That guy makes such a big impact on his team and people who only look at box scores really don't get that. The kid is special.

Pretty much summarizes the whole Raps vs. 76ers game:

D. Rose and Lebron were on fire tonight (especially the former), shout out to Irvine also.

The Spurs look like they they are cruising but keeping contention against the Clippers right now, sure they have a few more gears to turn too when they need it.

Good game for Rose last night but the Bulls need to keep their foot on the other team's throat. They were up by 19 at one point.

I'd be down for a fantasy league.
Raptors look great beating the Wizards. and are killing everyone else too. However, the Wizards were getting lot of open looks but couldn't get a basket. The Truth couldn't hit the side of a barn (and he hasn't in the last 4 games).

What happened to the Bulls the other night against my Celtics? No Rondo or Smart and they got taken to the woodshed. Celts look like a dangerous 8 seed in the making. Rondo, Smart, and Bradley are a problem someone's going to have to deal with.

Kobe shooting 38.8% on the year.

I can no longer tolerate national media types who suggest he still has it.

Still one of the top 10 players in the league in his 16th season. Not as great as he once was (only player that can be mentioned in an argument with Jordan) but Far from finished. Greed has finished his chances of ever doing something else in the sport.

Is this a joke?

My five favorite things to watch in the NBA this season.

5) Houston's "Welcome to the future of the NBA's offense" offense.

4) Watching the future juggernaut known as the 76ers, lose as many games as possible.

3) Watching Andrew Wiggins, Zach LaVine, Anthony Bennett, Shabazz Mohammed, and Gorgui Dieng grow on the Wolves (and lose every game possible).

2) Watching the Black Mamba turn into the Grey Mamba before out very eyes. He's shooting .367 on the season!

1) Watching James, Love, and Irving right the ship in Cleveland.
