Final Boss is on World 6 yes, However
There is a secret World also after what I read, that are unlocked by completing the K levels
 
dont know how to express the feeling I had playing through world 6. Game is brilliant from beginning to end with a fair amount of cursing (from me) in between :grin:

After finally beating 1-k after about fifty tries (Dixie plus green balloons=win), I did a muffled scream, trying not to wake my wife in the other room. I literally drooled during my celebration.


Love this game.

Unlocked 5-k and 6-k now, 5-k difficult because not sure where are should go. Sow gone try on 6-k:

Plowing through World 3, remarkable stuff. 3-1 is awe inspiring. The whole game really is just amazing. I found the 2 secret exits in World 3, and I just have one normal level and then it's on to the Boss and K for 3.

Great game.

Are you getting all of the KONG letters as you go? Any bonuses for the extra face punches on the Bosses?

I try to get the KONG letters more than puzzle pieces but on these harder levels I sometimes don't get them on my first pass. Haven't noticed anything for the punches. Even the ones I miss I still unlock the music or whatever you get.
 
Completed 6-k, now only 5-k left (6-k was very easy compared to the rest, easier than 1-k and 2-k):

Damn, look at you. I see that you have all of the Relic pieces, so you've beaten all of the K levels? Does something unlock when you beat them all? I've only beaten 1&2. How do 1&2 compare, difficulty wise, withe the rest of them?

Secret world as I have above one screenshot of (we posted about same time I see).
 
Just beat 4-K. No joke, that level. Took me 90 mins to tackle it. I had to go farm coins on 2-k in order to buy some extra Dixies. The only way I could do it. I beat it on my last try, right before going to bed. Phew.

Yeah level 2-k great for farming coins. Look forward to 5-K :crazy:

Haven't played the game since Saturday!! But I have been playing Pikmin 3 again. Think I'm up to day 20 now, not that it really means a lot. I've found taking a few days off after bingeing on a game helps.

How's Pikmin? I've never played a game in that series. I bought it a few days ago.

It's the first game I've played in the series as well and so far I'm really enjoying it. Nice elements of strategy otherwise definitely one of a kind. Nice change of pace from everything else.
 
Feel like taking a break from Bravely Default and jumping back to this for a bit. I am literally 46 hours into BD and only half-way through, if that.

Although DKCTF will cause pain and agony, it will be a nice break.
 
Just went untouched in World 2's Boss. That was pretty chaotic. I got extremely lucky.
 
Puzzle Pieces are tough. They're the hardest things to find and they only have a small reward.
 
As much as I love the game, the levels in World 5 have become grueling, a real battle of attrition. This coming from someone who beat Dark Souls four times. I'm at the Boss for World 5, and I may just take a break and play something else. Halfway through World 5 I stopped worrying about getting the KONG letters. It was all I could do just to FINISH the damn levels!


Apparently my platforming skills have atrophied.

Edit: just beat the 5th Boss after around 10 tries. I shudder to think of the final Boss.

Just made it to World 4.
I like how we all come in here, bragging how far we got, like everyone else should take notice. I am glad this community really is thriving with this game. Anyway.

World's 3 boss was pretty great. You really have no time to collect yourself. You need some fast fingers and good instincts. I died maybe 3-4 times, too.

For every level that gives me trouble, I can't help but let out a loud 'YEAH!' when I collect all of the KONG letters and make it to the finish line. It's pretty difficult, but not impossible. A lot of it is trial and error, too. The graphics are amazing, I think. I LOVE the look on DK's face when you duck down. He opens his eyes up wide and curls his lip, it creates some more tension, like he knows what awaits him is nothing but danger. The little things like that, when recognized, go a long way.

I never get tired of the sound the game makes when you collect a banana.

Even though the Wii U lost the exclusive rights to Rayman Legends, it really is the system for excellent platformers.
