I must have a faulty PS5, because watching videos on YouTube and playing it on a brand new TV are 2 different things. The performance mode is somewhat blurry. The resolution mode fixes that, but looks terrible in motion. The voice acting is almost Resident Evil terrible. The cutscenes look great, everything else... I'm a huge fan of the original game, but I just don't care about this or part 1 at all.

There's a performance mode in the demo? I didn't see that option anywhere.

I can't remember it must of been chapter 5-7, i think I cleared the second major mission. I think I'll play through all of the remake and wait a while for this.

Tried the demo. What in the blue hell is up with performance mode. No way that image quality should be acceptable in the final game.

Apparently it's not the resolution. It's some post processing stuff that's making the IQ look like that according to John



 
Again this bears repeating. The game is out next week. And there will more than likely be some shops that break the release embargo so copies may be out in the wild early.
