I am somewhat of a Halo newbie when it comes to the lore...but in the intro of Halo 2 from TMCC:
The Spartan hunter,......that dude looks a lot like the Spartan on the cover of Halo 5. Or is that just me?

Yeah I have just been working on the campaigns co-op with my friends while I wait for the patch...
Are you sure you have the first level completed?
edit: Actually, I just checked. You're missing credit for 'The Maw'. Weird.

This s*** pisses me off so much. I have my Xbox One in instant on each time i go to sleep, it's never fully turned off for a long time, it's either a hard reboot now and then but always in instant on for the long run. But just now i start up Halo TMCC and....sigh...it needs to update the almost 700MB patch......i thought this is what instant on was for?
Some of the games don't auto-update unless the patch is out for a very long time, Halo: MCC is one of them.

I saw this tonight, I can't wait to see some gameplay on Relic where you can see more. It's nice to see they continue to update the game as well, even though it has taken a while. ODST = don't really care about, but glad they are doing it at least.
I started working on the Halo 4 campaign this past week. Wanted to do it SOLO since I have only done it one time before and it was mostly co-op and co-op you miss out on things due to conversation,etc.
Holy crap does this look good on the XB1. Not only that but after playing 1-2 and part of 3 again I feel that for ME , Halo 4 is such a good campaign. The variety in the levels,level design, and vehicle runs are great. Also one fault I have with Halo 1-2 is you can run checkpoints. Can't really do that in Halo 4. You have to finish it out but that is ok as I feel the firefights are better anyway. Just my opinion but playing the HALO 4 campaign again has me really excited for the Halo 5 one!

Okay after playing though HALO 4 this weekend it is my favorite of the Halo campaigns. I had so much fun and the variety of levels are great. Not to mention how dang good it looks!
After playing and completing the re-mastered Halo 2 campaign and moving onto Halo 3 you realize what an incredible upgrade it was. Halo 3 looks like ass compared to it.
I am starting to remember why I was not a huge fan of the Halo 3 campaign. Its very hit and miss. For example Arrival and Sierra 117 are ok but then CROW'S NEST just flat out sucks. Terrible level and it looks terrible. Then you get TSAVO HIGHWAY and it is amazing. Probably one of the best Halo levels period. So weird.
Just out of curiosity, how do you get the game to record your par time and stuff? I completed Halo 1-2 and have looked at the leaderboards and don't see my name showing up. Is there something you have to do to activate it?
I never had a problem with the ending. The game was pretty long, and I couldn't believe they'd be able to complete the battle on earth. Cliffhangers ARE nasty though.
