Good to hear. It was one I was looking forward to when the system launched and I just picked it up last night. Finishing up a game on the PS3 before starting it.
 
Completed Super Mario 3D World's main game. I won't spoil anything, but I am not quite 100% done with the game..
 
Yup, A Link Between Worlds is amazing.

I booted up Wind Waker HD tonight. Wow, after A Link Between Worlds, this game starts super slow. It's really pretty, though. I don't have much to say other than it takes its time to get going.
 
Have any of you played A link to the past on gameboy advance/SP? How does it compare to A Link Between Worlds??
 
It's hard to compare because LTTP is such a classic, but I like the way they did some things in the new one. I like having nearly everything available immediately. Plus the gameplay and controls are much improved, along with nice graphics.

sounds good to me if there is not a 3ds thread elsewhere ? Considering this forum is mainly built from TXB members I have been impressed with the showing so far.
 
Yeah would be great if it were all around Nintendo as I don't have a Wii U. I would like one but not just yet. Still waiting for Starfox or Metroid :D

I played the original on the SNES the GBA game was a port of that. This new one is my favorite Zelda since A Link To The Past, it is awesome.

I had ALTTP for the GBA but I never got to beat the final boss because rage quit.
 
Guys I'm highly considering buying the Mario Luigi Dream Team 3dsXL for $189, like right now. I have a launch black 3ds. I like it a lot but always thought it was too small, and my hands aren't comfortable and cramp up.

Also wondering how reliable and easy transferring everything is. I have all the ambassador games and lots of eshop stuff. Any comments on whether this upgrade is worth it?

Yeah this game isnt as difficult as A Link To The Past, I'm almost done with it so I don't know how the final boss is yet.

I have the Dream Team 3DS but it's my first handheld so no way to compare it to a smaller one. As for transferring I've obviously never done it but I think it's supposed to be easy as long as your OG console still works. If it doesn't then you're boned. If you have someone that would be interested in your old 3DS then it's probably worth it. The game itself is supposed to be pretty good.

I had a launch 3DS as well and upgraded when the XL came out, transferring was easy still have all my ambassador games.

Finished the first dungeon in Wind Waker HD. I don't know, it hasn't 'clicked' with me yet like most Zelda games do, especially A Link Between Worlds.

I will put some more time into it, but this definitely seems like the clunkiest Zelda.

it does start pretty slow but once i got the boat i was hooked.
 
Wind Waakers pretty sweet haven't started the Wii U version yet. But it has one of the best endings for a Zelda game.
