So far I've stayed away from Super Mario 3D World videos but I stumbled upon this playthrough earlier and holy hell I need this game. But I also want to finish other stuff first. Damn it!
I'm guessing digital distribution? Speaking of which, the Wii U/3DS are consoles I'd definitely want to go DD only with, but with Nintendo's ID being tied to one system, I wouldn't want to lose out if my system went toast.

Hmm, Best Buy has 5X points for purchases in store today and tomorrow. Perhaps since Nintendo games never drop in price I might as well buy a few anyways and get some points back.
Can only hope, I have not played the original game and after looking it up looks very interesting.

Thinking my Wii U is defective. I was playing Super Mario 3D World, and the screen randomly turned pink and very pixelated. The console started to get very loud, too. I turned it off and unplugged everything to the same results. Does anyone have an idea as to what this might be? The gamepad's screen is fine, fyi.
That sucks but yea I'd guess GPU related.

If your HDMI cable isn't connected securely it can give off some weird images on screen.
As for your loud Wii U, I have no idea. That doesn't sound good.
would still contact Nintendo if I was you, pixelated screen and the fans getting loud does not sound promising
Thanks for the responses, guys. I am hoping it was just a weird connection. The system is not warm at all but I have been playing it a lot lately so maybe it's that. I hope, at least.

I like Miiverse. Rather than go to the eshop for new releases, it's nice going straight to miiverse and getting impressions immediately.

, just as I had expected from reading on mii verse. will revisit after i complete SM3DW.one of the few who enjoy splinter cell series more than MGS. find the story put together slightly better lol
