- Implemented texture changes to improve graphical performance
- Optimized vehicle profiles to improve framerate
- Additional fixes to reduce crashes
- The layout of the inventory has been improved, adding focal points to identify selected areas, a clearer button guide and tooltips
- Improved selection of weapon slots and attachments - players can change the focus and selection by using the D-Pad
- Quick scrolling has been added by using LT/RT buttons
- A counter has been added to show the number of players remaining on the airplane
- Reminder to the community that the Varsity Jacket (also known as the PUBG5 jacket) announced last week will be rewarded to players after March 22nd 12:01AM. Look for it in your in-game inventory from March 22nd, inside the customization tab of the menu.
- Fixed issue that caused players to hear footsteps when no other players were in the vicinity
- Fixed an issue that prevented the blue zone from being displayed correctly

This is a good update. I bet if you did a side by side comparison between the initial release and now the improvements would be dramatic.
While that is true the problem is that other shooters are @ 60fps and if this doesn't get there I feel like Microsft just wasted their time because as of now the other BR game (Fortnite) is changing the land scape for as what people watch online.
I’m curious, what would it take for them to get this 60fps? And would it be that difficult for them to do so?
Probably take a lot. Some seem to think the cpu on the X wouldn’t even be up to it. If they are wrong or right I’m sure there a huge amount of other factors considering the scale of the game. I’d be happy if they could start locking it at 30 and then improve from there.
I would've though it impossible but then Epic did it over the course of six months. Granted they'd already been working on the game 7 years, but from sub 30fps with bleh graphics to enhancing the graphics and then 60fps on all platforms including base Xbox... I have to imagine pretty much anything is possible at this point.
I played this last night and I just can't stomach it any more. First that holding for reload is still dumb and also they need to bring that framerate to 60.
Otherwise, I am done because I cant be playing these 30 fps games any more.
On the other end... I finally figured out the acceleration setting that works for me! 7! Soon much better, and I even won a long distance shootout! Game is still intense. they've made good strides.

7 is where I landed as well when I redid my settings with the last patch. Before I had it at 2, lol.
Are you talking about aim acceleration? I have mine set at 0 . For all shooters , even Battlefield, I always cut that off or set it to 0. But that’s just me and my preference because I always tend play on higher sensitivity levels . I also Like the consistency of having no Additional acceleration. If none of you guys of ever tried it definitely give it a shot .it takes a while to get used to it first.
It seems to be less acceleration the higher you go on this ga me. I really don't like aim accelleration

7 kills and second is not a bad result at all. It’s better than my usual. As Enteri says if we can get a squad running we’ve a decent chance of a chicken dinner.
Haven't played on the last patch yet, but that certainly wasn't the case pre patch.
Was watching a sports show I watch every evening after work and they showed a video of Ben Simmons and Karl-Anthony Towns on PUBG. I thought all celebrities were on the Fortnite bandwagon....
