Ok, so I'm feverishly apologizing to the gaming Gods now. I asked for too much and they smited me for my humanly arrogance.
All I want now is a teaser of a new Splinter Cell at the Ubi presser, and one new AAA exclusive at Sony's conference. My expectations are in check now Gods! What more do you want?!

No need to drop the price. If Sony REALLY wanted to stick it to MS, they'd drop the Pro by $50 and that would put the X1X on NeoGeo mode (think that's what that console was called. Super expensive - nobody wanted)
I hope they do. It might put more pressure on MS to either drop price faster or start up nice bundles.
Another perspective though is that they really don't need this hardware to move fast as it was never intended to match the pace of PS4 or XBO which will be $199 or less this holiday with stupidly good 3-4 game bundles on each. They could probably hold that $499 price comfortably until the following fall to be honest, unless Sony does infact announce a PS4 successor next E3 or at this upcoming PS Experience 2017.

As in letting gamers choose between 30 & 60 FPS? Idon't think that will happen. They already said the game was designed to be 30 FPS.
Yeah Scuf caters to both Xbox and PS platforms. But I think what they are referring to is a first party product not third party.

I just found a new adapter that's getting good ratings on Amazon. Reviews say no input lag using Xbox Elite controller on PS4. Mine is ordered. If it works well, I'll be playing a lot more PS4 this year. Will finally be ready for From Softwares next game.
My expectations are medium. In terms of new games, I think they blew their load in the last couple E3s and won't have a whole lot new to bring to the table -- maybe some Japanese games. I am looking forward to the demos of games we've already seen (GoW, Days Gone, Spidey, maybe Detroit).
