That's just it, we have more access to information than any other time in history, yet people get more and more misinformed.

It is one thing if I disagree with someone over something political, but most people just flat out are misinformed. They are entitled to their opinions, but those opinions are formed around lies and misleading information.

How are people supposed to discuss politics when we can't agree on what the facts are?

Inditex claimed AHA employed the workers illegally without their knowledge.

They were just misquoted. The actual quote, admittedly muttered to themselves, was that "the tax cuts were pay to themselves." Thankfully, someone had the courage to stand up for the wealthy.

Manafort had $10 million loan from Russian oligarch: court filing

(Reuters) - A search warrant application unsealed on Wednesday revealed closer links than previously known between President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort and a Russian oligarch with close ties to the Kremlin.

In an affidavit attached to the July 2017 application, an FBI agent said he had reviewed tax returns for a company controlled by Manafort and his wife that showed a $10 million loan from a Russian lender identified as Oleg Deripaska.

The application to search Manafort’s Virginia apartment was granted, providing key evidence for Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s indictments of Manafort as part of his investigation into Russia’s alleged meddling in the 2016 presidential campaign.

As much as Trump pisses me off I have to admit I get nearly as annoyed by people who tweet "But her Emails" regarding HRC, it just shows how stupid the Dems were to put her up to begin with. IF the emails were the only thing that brought her down she has nobody to blame but HERSELF! She was the one that used the private server knowing it was wrong and then tried to talk around it forever instead of just admitting she made a bad choice, instead of owning that she and her supporters try to act like she wasn't the one that made that an issue to begin with.

She would have been a lot better than the s*** show we have going now but I can't help but be annoyed by her supporters who keep acting like she was some saint doing us all a favor by running when in reality she was always in it for herself. So many of them turned off potential voters with their "I'm with her" nonsense or the "If you don't like her you MUST be sexist" instead of admitting she's as corrupt as they come and they got caught up in their own selfish need to feel like they were so much more enlightened than everyone else because they wanted a woman POTUS. Bottom line is I don't think Trump would be POTUS if we had nominated Bernie, Biden or even O'Malley but we had to go and nominate the only person Trump could beat in a general election. I hope this party wises up, the establishment needs to go.

Sorry felt like venting a little bit lol.

Watching the Democrats can be frustrating at times. They aren't good at many things, but even worse they don't realize they aren't good at things.

There absolutely was misogyny in the campaign, but they also totally screwed up the election as well. What is scary is they don't realize they did it.

As someone who voted for Obama twice, they never once told me why I should vote for Hillary. They told me why not to vote Trump (and I didn't need to be told that). Granted, I'm in NY and I knew I could vote 3rd party and not have it mean a thing.

When the right does their "socialism" straw man and "open borders" straw man and all the other ones they do, the left does not respond well enough. How many times did they call Hillary a "globalist" (what even is that??)? How many times did she respond? Ever?

I'm a registered independent, but basically a Democrat at this point and it is painful to watch sometimes. They need to hit the deficit and economy way harder. Of course they need to call out the Republicans on all their awful things, but they can't ignore the economy.

If I were running any Democratic campaign in the coming years, I'd have my candidate talking deficit and rich tax cut over and over and over.

it is like the Democratic party has the best candidates, but they need to improve their brand messaging.
