Harris won't win a general yet, honestly she should have waited a few more cycles because she hasn't done anything of note and she honestly comes off as a bit of a jerk in her hearings. I think Warren should have run last time as well, she's still the most substantive of any of the announced female candidates so far and if our nominee is a woman I hope it's her out of the ones that have announced. Biden or Bernie would have a better chance than any of them and it's not because of their gender although some will make that claim. Biden just connects with middle of the road people and blue collar types. Bernie has built in support from last cycle and I believe anyone who would have supported Warren would support him (and vice versa) once the primaries are over. I just don't want our side to get all caught up in the "I'm with her" nonsense again, make it about their ideas not what's between their legs.

She was fantastic in the hearings. Nobody cares about qualifications anymore so you need some charisma and she does have that.

I don't think Bernie will win because I don't think he will get the diverse kind of support you have to have to win a Democratic primary. Warren is probably done. Biden has the best shot if he can survive being under the microscope and shuts the f*** up about wanting to work across the aisle. Democrats aren't going to want to hear that with how the GOP is acting.

I don't know if Beto can win the primary but the scenario where he does win is probably the best one

Trump has now turned on Fox News.....the end is near guys!

LMAO. Pretty soon nobody will support this guy.
President Trump, in his latest rant about “fake news,” directed his ire at a random California teenager on Twitter late Sunday. “Never thought I’d say this but I think @johnrobertsFox and @JillianTurner @FoxNews have even less understanding of the Wall negotiations than the folks at FAKE NEWS CNN & NBC!” Trump wrote. The “Jillian Turner” he tagged was not Gillian Turner, Fox News’ Washington correspondent, however. She appears to be a California high school student featured for her soccer skills in numerous local media reports, and she almost certainly had nothing to do with media coverage of the president’s push for border wall funding. “SO THAT HAPPENED,” she tweeted shortly after the president’s clumsy Twitter shaming, which she linked to on her feed. Trump’s tweet has since been corrected.

I guess it was just a nothing burger after all.

Harris acted like people were wasting her time, she asked leading questions that never got anywhere. To be fair most senators just grandstand during any kind of hearing but she was pretty off putting in her style. If she is the nominee they need to make sure not to push the woman/minority thing too much because that does turn some white voters off and this may shock some female pundits on tv but you need some white male votes to win regardless of party lol. We all have eyes and can see that she's a woman and a minority so constantly reminding people about that and ignoring what she wants to do for the country if she is the nominee is a huge mistake. They also need to be careful not to play the sexist/racist card when someone doesn't support her, that's another huge turn off.

Bernie should be able to get broad support, people don't give him enough credit for what he's trying to do and what he's actually been doing his whole life when it comes to making things better for minorities and the poor.

Sadly Warren is probably done, she would be a great VP candidate IMO if she doesn't make it through the primaries, she has substance and would beat Pence in a debate handily.

We need to see more of Beto, he is young and energetic I just hope he walks the walk if you get what I mean and isn't a shiny object that just turns into another sellout.

I don't get the feeling that not much will change about Bernie other than coming in with more name recognition and without a real improvement in his messaging his isn't going to get the kind of black votes he will need to win. A big field helps him but if it gets 1 on 1 fairly quick he probably will lose. He wasn't really good in debates vs Hillary either.

I think Warren would be a pretty bad VP choice. The Pocahontas stuff would just hover over the campaign and can't really see her making some big help in swing states.

I like Sanders, and supported him up until Clinton got the nomination, but I think it's time for him to move on. He can do plenty to help the party outside of being the president. Maybe fine as a vice president but that's it. That said, I'm not really set on anyone in particular yet. I've liked Warren for a while now but learning more about Harris recently. While Sherrod Brown hasn't thrown his hat in yet, lets keep in mind that he garners good support in Ohio. I don't know enough about his policies at this point to know if he is as progressive as I'd prefer, but the priority at this point is making sure Trump is defeated.

Not really a Democrat and would certainly take away a lot of Dem votes and help Trump win if he ran as an Independent. I think he is more full of himself then we know. I really don't think he has affected too much policy change in all the years he served as Senator which forced my vote for Hilary in the 2016 primary and will again now. I'm a fan of Kamel Harris and Gillabrand right now. I dont know much about hte other candidates atm but will read up later this year.

Anyone watch "Get Me Roger Stone" On Netflix yet? I just started (had to pause after 20 mins). What a f***ing freak! Also some interview time with Manafort which seems so surreal now.

It would be hard imo to not be off-putting when the Senate committee didn't release all(I say this loosely since that is only about 10% of his entire body of legal work) of Kavanaugh's documents until 10 o'clock the night before the hearing. its a f***ing crime how they railroaded Kavanaugh in the SCOTUS. f*** Lindsey, you f***ing f*** f*** midget for feigning disgust and acting like bitch

It wasn't just that hearing though, whenever she questions anyone she acts like they are wasting her time and she leads with questions that sound like she has information about the person but never reveals it. Graham was a total ass when he threw that tantrum I agree.

Remember the amazing foxconn deal Conald trump touted? Well, they're already not going to reach their claimed 5000 new jobs in 2020. It will be 1000. They will never get anywhere close to 13,000 manufacturing job BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT BE DOING ANY MANUFACTURING IN THE UNITED STATES LIKE THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE TO GET THE $4b tax break. They're going to make parts in China, ship them to Mexico to assemble and then import finished products to the U.S.

Foxconn may not build $10B Wisconsin plant Trump touted
Foxconn is reconsidering plans to make advanced liquid crystal display panels at a $10 billion Wisconsin campus, and said it intends to hire mostly engineers and researchers rather than the manufacturing workforce the project originally promised.
Announced at a White House ceremony in 2017, the 20-million square foot campus marked the largest greenfield investment by a foreign-based company in U.S. history and was praised by President Donald Trump as proof of his ability to revive American manufacturing.
Foxconn, which received controversial state and local incentives for the project, initially planned to manufacture advanced large screen displays for TVs and other consumer and professional products at the facility, which is under construction. It later said it would build smaller LCD screens instead.
Now, those plans may be scaled back or even shelved, Louis Woo, special assistant to Foxconn Chief Executive Terry Gou, told Reuters. He said the company was still evaluating options for Wisconsin, but cited the steep cost of making advanced TV screens in the United States, where labor expenses are comparatively high.
"In terms of TV, we have no place in the U.S.," he said in an interview. "We can't compete."
When it comes to manufacturing advanced screens for TVs, he added: “If a certain size of display has more supply, whether from China or Japan or Taiwan, we have to change, too.”
Rather than a focus on LCD manufacturing, Foxconn wants to create a "technology hub" in Wisconsin that would largely consist of research facilities along with packaging and assembly operations, Woo said. It would also produce specialized tech products for industrial, healthcare, and professional applications, he added.
“In Wisconsin we’re not building a factory. You can’t use a factory to view our Wisconsin investment,” Woo said.
Earlier this month, Foxconn, a major supplier to Apple, reiterated its intention to create 13,000 jobs in Wisconsin, but said it had slowed its pace of hiring. The company initially said it expected to employ about 5,200 people by the end of 2020; a company source said that figure now looks likely to be closer to 1,000 workers.
It is unclear when the full 13,000 workers will be hired.

Ben Shapiro says a lot of things.

As an adult, I don't endorse everything a single person says. I have the ability to think for myself. You're appealing to tribalism.

"Your King says this! Your King bad!"

I don't subscribe to that. You seem to, which is discouraging.

Yeah that's fascinating and all but I have a quick question

Who did you vote for in the 2016 election?
