I think the easy solution politics being peddled by the rising Right in Europe and the U.K. can be a very dangerous thing. Rational debate seems to be gone and it's all about sound byte blurbs from the likes of Boris Johnson, who's only looking out for himself but masking it like he really cares about what happens to the UK. It's not unlike the rise of Trump in the US.
The whole situation is a farce. I don't even get why this referendum is even happening. If you look at the major points, economy, migration and Law, it seems impossible to get a straight answer on any of them.
Economy - The stay group is nothing but scare tactics, and the leave group just keep throwing up huge sums of saving that the stay group says are lies.
Migration - Since pretty much all MPs seem to be pro migration, having control over it likely wouldn't change anything.
Laws - Even if not in the EU our laws will still be based on them. And this is another point where percetage of UK laws from the EU fluctuate massively. One side says 7/14% and the other says 75%.
How in the f*** is anybody supposed to make a quality, informed decision?
I saw one lady on TV say she is voting to stay because her brother lives in Spain. I mean WTF! I saw one bloke say he was voting leave because migrants undercut British workers and take our jobs, but with pro migration MPs this is going to continue anyway.
My only issue with being in EU is that we elect a prime Minister to govern our country and make decisions that are best for it, but being in the EU gives too much control to parties who we didn't elect and that don't have the best interest of our country as a main priority.
