No, not saying there aren't any on PS4, but there will be more of them and they'll be much larger at 720p.

Wait for the 60 fps raw footage, or you know, playing it in person.
even the 60fps BF4 footage which the versions exhibited a 50% pixel difference didn't show a 50% difference in output, maybe 10% to 15%. Just because there is 2.25x the number of pixels does not mean there will be 2.25x the difference in output, especially with a decent scaler and a game running on an old ass engine.

So basically...

XB1 version:

PS4 version:

unless you have the tools to see the difference it dont mean sh*t when its sitting at home. We can forget this 1st year of games till we get a 2nd wave of games. Look at the x360 titles when they first game out, then came gears of war.

Sorry we can't wait a day for xb1's potential. We can only wait years for ps3's to show up. Hypocrite much?

Heres the thing...when I'm playing it and I have nothing to compare it to ....it won't matter...the only thing that will matter is framerate.
And I will say it again...I can look at boobies while I play this pile of sh1t(multitasking).....nothing will be there to help you when you play the ps4.
I'm getting the ps4 btw ...its just the xbox will be my main because of...you know...the boobies.

They also aren't the only reviewers to say they couldn't tell the differance.........did you see the amount of fukin jaggies on the ps4 version.

the game sux....ps4 version has framerate issues......the ps4 version looks "a little" better side by side. get the fuk over it.

More chose the PS4

Idlehands that's so accurate. The X1 version has more detail because of the high contrast and sharpness turned all the way up. But it's clear that the PS4 poo has 50% more pixels.

I spent about 5 minutes trying to find 720p and 1080p images of poo, the same pic if possible, it was a no go. :(

Err.. IGN is also saying the issue is minor.

Only the Polygon review is making a big deal out of it, while also claiming 720 to 1080 is indistinguishable. Sounds pretty ridiculous to me.

There has been much discussion online in recent weeks about resolution issues affecting PlayStation 4 vs. Xbox One titles. It's been confirmed that the PlayStation 4 version runs at a native 1080p, but the Xbox One version is upscaled to 1080p from 720p. I played Call of Duty: Ghosts extensively on both next-gen systems on several televisions of different sizes, and saw no differences between the two versions. The experience was virtually identical on both consoles throughout the duration of my play time. If you own both consoles and are deciding which version of Ghosts to get, I'd recommend simply going with whatever console your friends will be playing on.

I guess Game informer is on the payroll also.

The critics agree....poop is brown.

I haven't read through this whole thread so someone may have already posted this, if so I apologize. Jeff Gerstmann said he was told there was going to be a patch that would sort out any frame rate issues the PS4 version has. This really looks like a game to skip though no matter which console you own.

Microsoft moneyhatted half the internet. IGN probably didn't receive their check in time for the review.

Yes, these same websites that would pick on the PS3 version mercilessly for having a tiny less bit of resolution, 1-2 less average framerate, or slightly less nice AA, are now saying a 2.25x resolution difference is imperceptible. Not at all hypocritical or ridiculous.

The fix is in...

Ryse cutscenes look nice, in the way a non-playable tech demo looks nice. Actual gameplay is not impressive to me compared to actual KZ gameplay, which manages to run at 60-30 as well.
That's how I feel about Ryse too, but even more so KZ , all those massive cityscapes they keep showing look way better than when you are playing the actual game. At least Ryse isn't another shooter, so many of those now anyway.

Sounds like a buy both versions at our gamestop stores opinion to me.
Only a moron would say 1080p and 720p is virtually identical.

Alot of selective bias here.

"I'm going to listen to 'A' review because it makes my favorite system look better"

LMAO.
Doesn't negate the fact that other reviews are out and paint a different story.
If we are going to factor in credibility here I will just flat out say that everyone is being moneyhatted by Sony or Microsoft.

I can fix this easily. Scott Lowe is a Sony guy. He is at the event with Greg Miller reviewing the PS4 games.

Really? I seen the opposite said as well...what did your selective reading make you miss this?
