So far the PS5 has been good to me. The only issue I had, I mentioned in the PS5 thread was my Dualsense was not charging in rest mode. I had it connected to the Usb in the front. I simply connected it to the usb in the back and problem solved, charging in rest mode.

Delve into the video settings on the Xbox Series X version of Observer: System Redux and you’ll find that it has a 4K toggle. Turn it on and you’ll get sharper visuals at the expense of a smoother framerate. Imagine our surprise then, when we launched the PS5 version and found that it didn’t have the same 4K toggle.

So the devs chose not to give the PS5 native 4k, but gave it to the Xbox Series X, but then didn't give Xbox RT, but gave it to PS. I guess it's true, the Series X wasn't ready for RT until the last minute.

Demon’s Souls has an RRP of £70 on PS5 - significantly more than gamers had been accustomed to paying for PS4 games. Do you consider that a fair price for a video game?

Jim Ryan: “Yes, yes, I do. If you measure the hours of entertainment provided by a video game, such as Demon’s Souls compared to any other form of entertainment, I think that's a very straightforward comparison to draw.”

From a business perspective I understand what he's saying, from a consumer perspective I want no parts of it. IMO if the standard MSRP of games does indeed go up to 70 USD, to me game-pass becomes a no brainer and that much more lucrative.

Seems like devs are all over the place right now. Until everybody gets comfortable with the dev tools and develops with next gen in mind first and foremost I don't think you'll see either side consistently outperforming the other.
Yes,

Or it has 4k AND high framerate already?

In my opinion the first real test of PS5/XSX strengths in a direct comparison to each other will be CyberPunk 2077.

The game features all the latest graphics tech and was also delayed numerous times for optimizations.

I have no doubt CDPR will push these systems and showcase their relative weakness/strengths that each has.

And even then, I don't think the next gen versions come out until 2021.

"Cyberpunk 2077 will receive a "more robust" update with additional next-generation upgrades in 2021."

FYI most of the head 2 heads have the PS5 winning.
Wider bus vs faster bus.
Most (vast majority) are being won by Xbox actually. Though I think 3 recently by PS. Xbox just took DMC5 and 2K21, and now has the multiplayer advantage in COD Cold War, and has native 4k in Observer. 12 vs 9.
