Why?

I don't think we explicitly knew he's just magically over the PTSD.

He may have given up on the "Iron Man" suits and whatnot, but why is it a far stretch to assume he won't keep creating? JARVIS is his own invention, why not more AI? Why not more AI bodies etc? Even if we never see Tony Stark back in an Iron Man suit, the ending of IM3 still allows him to keep spending time with Pepper while doing AI/research/animatronics from the comfort of a Malibu mansion.

I don't think it's a leap of logic to say that Tony Stark can go back to suit making because of stuff in Age of Ultron. I'll tell you guys this much, Disney/Marvel isn't gonna have their most popular Avenger's character these days no show an entire movie. Way too much money at stake.

Stark: Guys, I'm spending time with my sweet piece of ass girlfriend. Can't go superheroing.

Hulk: Hulk rape Tony Stark if he doesn't make more Ironmen!

Stark: Jarvis! Let's get to work.

Stark creating this thing wasn't what wouldn't make sense. I mean, given his arrogance and obvious genius it was only a matter of time. ;)

I was reading (I think it was on Cracked.com) about how they should make a Rescue film where Pepper Potts is in a non-offensive power suit and instead of Superhero fights Supervillain, it would be more like a disaster movie, but with Rescue fighting a volcano or something, rather than a sentient villain.
Could be interesting.
 
Is there any idea who the villain would be in the Guardians movie? I'm wondering if they would do the Infinity Gauntlet stuff in the background of that movie and then have the Guardians show up in Avengers 3 to help take on Thanos...
 
Guardians and Avengers teaming up to fight against Thanos would be extremely EPIC battle!!!!
 
Surely they'd have to tie Thanos in somewhere. Especially with Gamora being his daughter.

Seems like a HUGE missed opportunity if it doesn't tie into the Infinity Gauntlet/Avengers sequence somewhere.

In the images, fans get looks at The Incredible Hulk and Black Widow working (apparently a S.H.I.E.L.D. mission together…and their first sense for what Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch will look like in the film.

I can see million of girls wearing that outfit at Comic Con next year. Lol.
 
The pure comic Scarlet Witch was never going to happen on the big screen. It wouldn't work for so many reasons.

I like the Marvel approach. It's got that same real-world feel of the Guardians of the Galaxy costume adaptations.
 
Her clothes look fine and suitable for the character, plus they have the option to have her "suit" evolve over time to reflect the comic a little more, like a red leather corset or something.
It's never going to be the ridiculous porn-fantasy suit she wears in the comics though.

Quicksilver's hair looks so stupid though. I hope at least when he's running it sweeps back and looks like it does in the comics.
