Feels like this series feel from grace after the horrible launch of BF4 multiplayer... And then the horrible cop spin off. Didn't help that they cringely put a woman as an action hero in a fairly genuine historical ww conflict and then some insane robot arm thing lol

Remember to shut down you're game completely when done playing. Sometimes if a program is in fast resume mode it still counts against the clock.

I did this in another game...think it wss Warzone. Took forever to matchmake.
Didn't watch the whole video, but it sounds like this game is heading down the same road as BFV. That sucks. All this hype of big budget, biggest game in EA history, MP only and for what? f*** EA/DICE.

Only played the tutorial and 1 online match.
-Much, much MUCH better than the beta. The beta being an early build was not an excuse. I'm hoping the beta map was a bad map, the ones I played were a ton better. Big but lots of closer objectives. Lots of back and forth.
-There's an icon over any teammate's head showing if they can heal, provide ammo, repair, etc. IE, most of the concern over the specialist system seems overdone. They even broke the specialists into classes called - wait for it... engie, recon, assault and medic. I can be a medic and anti-tank which is really nice.
-Weather plays a huge role in the game. When the weather is clear, everything is crisp and clear and visibility is big. Once weather moves in, it completely changes. Being able to adjust your sight on the fly is huge.
-Spotting only puts a point where you saw a person/vehicle. It isn't a magic wall hack. You can't just spot a tank and then follow it from behind cover. You just see the point where you saw it. Very nice touch. Adds teamplay without all the cheesy wallhacking that was so frustrating.
-I'm loving it overall. Pretty much a no-brainer buy for me. Lots of mixed vehicle and infantry combat. Lots of long range and CQB combat. Just all those little situations that happen all the time and nothing feels the same.
My gripes so far:
-Maybe it is just the lack of attachments, but the weapons feel a little weak. I'm guessing with all the unlocks they will get better.
-Snipers are going to be really dominant on these games. A sniper can just sit up on a building and he's not moving until someone snipes him back or goes up there and takes him out. A sniper head glitching way up high is tough to counter.
-Lack of input matching makes the sniper thing even worse.
You have to hope you have good snipers on your team to counter.

Played a couple matches and uninstalled it.
Still get killed by nothing but PC players.
The woeful aim assist gives PC players a big advantage.

Maps don't flow well. Played Breakout and Kaleidascope.

The mouse and kb crossplay is the one thing keeping me from buying right now. The aim assist is super weak which would be fine for console only, but with crossplay, mouse just wrecks. In COD you sort of have a chance, but with this, mouse is just clearly better. I feel like on Xbox/controller I'm just doomed to be at the bottom of the scoreboard (if there were one to see).
I really wish video games would get over this crossplay thing. Give us console only crossplay.

Yes we should have console only cross play in all MP shooters. Keep PC by themselves.
I’ll probably try out the 10 hour trial in the next couple weeks.
I'll probably get it anyway, I mean it is BF and not COD so it isn't so "twitch shooty". I really had fun in some of the bigger battles.
Still though I worry a good sniper with a mouse is going to wreck. Definitely try it though.
