The last previews for Final Fantasy 16 come out today. They cover the first 10 hours of the game.

May have some potential spoilers:

It's mostly the opening but with some parts later in the game without context for exploration and combat
There's an air of confidence around the game, it feels finished compared to the messy previews of FF15 they had to play back then
The game is brutal, this is not a wholesome Final Fantasy, there are moments of genuine character warmth and humanity but FF16 is a bonafide dark fantasy game
Some question the identity of Final Fantasy in this one but everyone came out positive, they expect a backlash from fans but say it's still Final Fantasy at its soul.
Combat is extremely good and the DMC battle director really pays off, one had some issues in that they felt their combat kit wasn't big enough for the early-game preview.
Excellent VA and performance all around.
Eikon battles apparently feels bigger and more explosive than ever god of war
They all say that the opening hours deliver and they can attest that this part is solid

Yoshi P explains why FF16 is PS5 exclusive

The correct answer is money.

Also despite all the positive previews I have next to no interest in this title. And I've played every final fantasy mainline title.

"A recent interview exposed an industry practice that few are actively aware of, and that is the cost of content acquisition.
One of the most contentious issues facing Xbox as of late is its ability to attract interest from third-party publishers. The vast majority of AAA publishers and studios are actively launching games for Xbox platforms, but many independent developers have been arbitrarily skipping the platform in favor of PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. Few examples of this have been more prolific than Square Enix, whose support of Xbox has been historically iffy. Microsoft scored some support from Square Enix a few years back, with Dragon Quest 12 and Kingdom Hearts. More recently, however, Square Enix has been even more dismissive of Xbox than ever, with most-wanted JRPG Final Fantasy 7 Remake still absent from the platform despite an expired exclusivity agreement, and Final Fantasy 14 still nowhere to be found despite pledges by Xbox lead Phil Spencer at a previous event.
An interview in Game Informer (via TweakTown) recently shed light on why the hotly anticipated action RPG Final Fantasy 16 is skipping Xbox, and it's sadly unsurprising. According to Square Enix, PlayStation simply offered a better content acquisition deal than Xbox did..."

Didn’t they squares ff14 producer say he’s waiting on somethjng server side related and is very much interested in porting it for Xbox and there was some update that the ff7 remake contract was updated to include the final part for it?

Other ff games were released same day in day last year, or this year, I forget…crisis core, paradise, type 0? Oh and scarlet nexus.

I think the indie devs are skipping Xbox cos of physical high production requirements, which is stupid.

But there’s also marketing and investment for return on them, it’s just safer to do so on the larger install base and better when money is thrown your way. But also sucks that if and when you do make a game that includes the ps family devs gotta pay that mp tax…could be worth it if sales are good.

I'm really looking forward to this game. I'm digging the presention, the combat looks spectacular with many flashy elements. The one thing that does kind of disappointment is that they ditched the team battle system. In my opinion the battle system in FF7 Remake was perfect. You had a team you could swith to and apply buffs/debuffs or simply use the character who's combat you enjoy. That looks to be gone with FF16. I'm willing to bet the devs know about this and have developed a deep and satisfying battle system. And Eikon battles look like an epic wrestling match.

I don't know how I'm going to be able to juggle both FF16 and DIablo 4 but dammit I'm going to have fun trying.

Fake? Here is mine. Looks like they typed in DEMO in the open space. Or it's by region. Their library should look like mine because they purchased it too.

No it was always confirmed for PC. The lead just said PS5 was the focus at that time and if they want to play it (soon/at launch), they should buy a PS5.

I provided one of some examples where people were lead to believe it wasn’t coming PC. Stop defending Sony.

The site lead people with the clickbait article. Yoshida never said there won't be a PC version, just they're focused on PS5 and they were not thinking about PC at that time. Nothing to do with Sony. Why you hating on them so much , making something out of nothing.
