Contrary to the crazies who get all the headlines, most people actually accept our voting system as legit. Most Trumpers I know figured he would lose and were shocked it was even this close.
The violence will come if Trump refuses to leave and recognize the legit election results.
Eh, I would not concede(hehe) this so soon. There is still an opportunity for the country to fall apart next month if faithless electors decide to give their votes to Trump in states that Biden won.
Chances of that happening? Slim to none, but there is still a chance.
Exactly even though there are polls that show Republicans don't believe the results are legit if that was true they would be on the streets. Republicans would be right to burn the country to the ground if they actually believed the election was rigged.

Wow, so it looks like the Lincoln Project was actually effective! In a precinct that was 45% Republican only 35% of them actually voted for Trump. No wonder why Biden feels so grateful to Republicans for his win.

I hope they did. AOC attacked The Lincoln Project on Twitter a couple days ago for taking donations that she claimed should have went to the DNC, and that there was no evidence that they actually turned any voters away from Trump. I found that complaint a bit disturbing (as well as ungrateful), as I saw TLP as a safe place for moderates and disenfranchised Republicans to see that there were others like them.

Yes, and it looks like Joe Biden is set to reward Republicans by giving them prominent cabinet positions. This will be like a bipartisan presidency with a 1-term President that doesn't have to answer to his own party. It would only be right since the Republicans did help him win the election, after all. Ultimately, beating Trump is what mattered most of all.
