Microsoft sells 2,000,000 Xbox One's in 18 days.

I still don't understand your buying habits VaLLiancE.

You'll spend $1,000+ on a graphics card that gives you zero exclusive games over products that are only a couple hundred dollars... Barely give you any benefits over products that cost barely over half your graphics card...

But you are sitting around waiting for a console to drop from $500 for $400 that has numerous exclusives over some defiance over "value."

Just seems off. I am the proud owner of many overpriced PC parts myself and would never sit around worrying about a $100 price difference for a console.

I mean if you have no current interact in XBO features or exclusives that's one thing, but you don't ever really say that.. You harp on price and Kinect.
When having a pc,ps4 and a Wii U.... the X1 doesn't offer a $500 value to me.
At least I don't buy just to say I own a format and then go and diss it since its launch like some...

it was 20 days and the PS4 sold over 2million
yeah I know I just forgot the 2.1
but the facts are there

Since its launch 18 days ago, Xbox One is proving to be the must-have gift this holiday season with more than 2 million consoles sold through to consumers worldwide, averaging over 111,111 units sold per day

Can't find the link but I read it was actually 20 days

with the PS4 150k per day>X1 111k per day

Well Xbox One wasn't launched 20 days ago, so...

Why are we arguing over stupid semantics? PS4 sold faster, case closed. You're welcome.

Contributed to that. Loving my X1 so far! Oh and VaLLiancE you keep fighting the "good fight" 'ol boy.

Why is anyone arguing over which console sold how many per day?

They're both selling out as soon as they hit the shelves, all else doesn't matter. "If" more could be on shelves, they would sell out as well.

You guys are acting like babies.

Target literally has a hundred Xbox ones... no one wants em.. I think MS is making stuff up.Any way the PS4 demand is much much higher I'm sure.

Could you imagine what would happen if there was only MS or Sony. Maybe when Nintendo realizes that people over 16 play video games we will get a real 3 horse race.

Edit: not to say Nintendo doesn't have some great games but there is no f-n way you could only go with that console....can't say the same about PS4 or xbox one.

A large part are buying it because they are XB fans that could care less about kinect.

The same logic can be directly applied to PS4 sales as well here (minus the Kinect "issue")...

Not really. Mostly positive comments, absolutely no different than over here.
I'm not saying there isn't positive reviews...but they also got alot up MS lies/wait till NPD mixed in with some "gamers are idiots for buying the xbox one after the DRM"
But I guess it's like this site but on a larger/crazier scale.

2 million sales in 18 days and i'll finally be getting my Xbox One tomorrow. Life is good!

This just shows that blood is thicker than water. All that negativity and when push came to shove the Xbox brand is still the most popular brand in gaming today.

Titanfall drops in early March, probably the biggest title for this new generation so far. I can only see a huge bump in sales for the XBOX ONE through out the spring due to that game.

Odds are better that Titanfall will be part of a combo package/pack-in game than an actual price drop...

Yup. I was just over there reading. I was half expecting a meltdown, but the first page, at least (all I read) is full of positive and balanced comments.

Yeah, there's no "meltdown". Some people just like to point to Sony fans and lol at them as is if positive MS news really affects them....when in reality, that forum is indeed like this one, just larger.

Well done to MS and Sony, Videogames are alive and kicking.

MS played it really smart to launch in fewer countries, they new they were behind in hype so instead of blowing there load on to many areas they concentrated on there best markets and hit hard.
