I'm close to beating the game, but I think I'm going to stop so I can do it in 4k. I have four locations beaten. The level of the last one is nearly 300 level lol.
This game looks like fun. I haven't bought it yet though. After watching several gameplay videos it started to seem kind of repetitive, and kind of turned me off. Like the whole game is based on one simple (though really cool) game mechanic.
The area is level 298?What? Level 300? Is that the end game? Cos I’m in the end game and the highest I’ve since so far is 55
It is simple, and repetitive, but Orcs are diverse and have a lot of variety to them which keeps it fresh. This game looks like fun. I haven't bought it yet though. All games are basically repetition of some sort. This does not get boring fast let me tell you. The diversity of the orks is just incredible.
They're diverse in looks/armor, but also in how you have to approach them, and how you will kill, or recruit, them.Well either way people must think it's fun since we are already playing the sequel!
Gorgrath. It’s level 258. I actually don’t know how far I am now. Is there three acts? I think I’m only on act two? I just started Gorgrath which I thought was just one castle. It’s not. What area is it ?

I ended up beating one of the fortresses last night because I was trying to figure out how far in I am. I still have no clue. lolAh right. The fortress defense level! I thought you meant the Orc level. I was getting worried there for a second cos I’m struggling to get to level 50.
Also, what was this talk about microtransactions? I haven't spent a single cent other than buying the regular version of the game? I have a bunch of great weapons and gear, a plethora of gems, and I'm pretty deep in the game. Drama for nothing?
Yup same with Forza 7. Never a prompt or notification to get or use loot boxes. I haven't bought one and the game plays like before. Also, what was this talk about microtransactions? Did anybody finish this? I’m kinda soured on the game from just reading about the terrible and grindy final act.
I’m finished it. I didn’t complete all the end game stuff but finished all the missions / acts. Too be honest, a whole load of crap was written about this game. I didn’t find it grindy at all but in the end game there is a certain amount of repetition in order to gain higher level orks. But that’s end game, in a single player game, so big deal.
Didn’t pay a single cent. On the final chapter.I see those complaining about those complaining about lootboxes (whew) and man, it was so simple back in october wasnt it
Good seeing that this game isn't nearly as greedy as other series have recently gotten. The consensus always seems to be that 90% of the game is fine, then the difficulty ramps up in the end game segment, necessitating "grind." Some people smell blood and go into a frenzy I guess. Got it on sale (INSTEAD OF BATTLEFRONT ) and I am so very eager to get into a new game again.
I finished it all easily, and didn't spend a cent.Didn’t pay a single cent. On the final chapter.
If you realise you're going to lose at the fortress, turn your Xbox off before it saves!I ended up beating one of the fortresses last night because I was trying to figure out how far in I am. I still have no clue. lol
