Mortal Kombat X

As a big MK fan, I can live without Kano, Sonya, and Johnny Cage.

The fact that they introduced Cassie Cage as Johnny and Sonya's offspring hints to me that those two will be absent. Since their presence would be redundant considering Cassie is a hybrid of their move sets.

To me the only real "Must Haves" are Scorpion, Sub Zero, and Raiden. Honestly, I would like to see at least 50% of the roster comprised of new characters.

Yup, Johnny Cage is a punk anyway. The only thing i'll miss is ripping his guts out with a fatality. Mortal Kombat is Scorpion, Sub Zero, and Raiden. As long as they're in the game i'm in.

I liked the direction they were going with this game until they showed Kano. I wish they would bring back the old school mortal kombat, dark and greedy. Dark music, greedy atmosphere.
 
Really hyped for this game, I can't say Kano does much for me though but he's never been one of my favorites anyway.
 
PAX Gameplay. This game is now a day 1 for me, especially now with Evolve getting pushed back.

Edit: Damn, not comin out till next year too? :(

Hoping they give each character their own storyline in this rather than one big one.
Done it to death with the MK and DC games and it's the same system in each one.

They did each have their own story, you just had to beat the ladder to get it.
 
In the last one? Seem to remember it having just one main story rebooting the entire thing? Has been ages since I played it.

Yeah in MK9. There was story mode. But if you played through ladder as each character and beat Shao Kahn you would get a cool animated ending story for each one.
 
All the DLC...? Goro has only been announced. What are you talking about?>

Those controllers would be a no go for me, I always use the D-pad when I play fighting games and they've removed it.
