Nintendo does. Xbox One, no. It uses the standard rumble in the body and nothing not nearly as advance as Nintendo in its triggers.

What's next? Why you should give a damn about the Xbox One's Impulse Triggers
Excited about the Xbox One controller's rumble-tastic Impulse Triggers? You should be--here'swww.gamesradar.com
The triggers tech is new period! Sony is adding what XB been doing.Yeah, It's the same rumble in the body and a not too different type in the triggers but much smaller. Microsoft has never gone beyond this since immersion. They simply added more of them but much smaller is all.

"Imagine playing a shooter where pulling the trigger on a gun results in a powerful, resistant click from the trigger on the controller. That sort of physical feedback is a far more valuable tool for immersion than anything ever produced by traditional controller rumble. "Rumble in the triggers is nothing like changing the resistance, I still can't say that I've felt a game I've played use the rumble triggers on the One X, if they did I didn't notice it.
You had me at suck a fat one.Haptics and rumble can suck a fat one I just want a comfortable controller in my hands.

I know people like rumble and I am interested to see what the PS5 controller can do, but screw it I usually turn rumble off on most games.
I don't get why anyone is making a big deal about a DS4 not working with PS5 games, they added a ton of new features to the new controller that comes with the console so we'll all have at least one lol. They could have just stuck with the DS4 and put a better battery in it but they are going for more immersion, I'm sure if studios utilize the tech in the controllers the right way it will add a lot to the overall gaming experience.
Whatever the case, it's just kinda dumb that it doesn't support it for PS5 games, for no good reason. If they had a real reason, sure, but it works on the console for PS4 titles... just weird.
With that said, the PS4 controller is f***ing terrible anyways, so it's really doing people a favor.
