It will be hard to see a boost in sales for ps4 since it is selling so well.
I don't think the TF bundle was in planning until recently. That seems obvious... you don't usually want to bundle your biggest game when you can garner sales from that game and make money. Basically, we know why it's there and that's fine.
PS4 will go from selling out everywhere to slightly selling even more out everywhere?
Titanfall sold me an Xbox One. Infamous will not sell me a PS4. In fact, I don't think any game other than Uncharted 4 will sell me a PS4. Just my preference. I have a lot of friends on Xbox live, and while I have every intention of getting a PS4, there's nothing on it that I need to play until around the holidays. In fact, id say E3 will determine whether or not I get a PS4 this year.

if infamous was released end of year it would be lost and no one would really care. Its only getting hyped up cos there is nothing else really on Ps4. With be at best avg 75-80 score game.
Titanfall on other hand would sell s*** loads regardless of release date. Its going to sell systems especially people who were sitting on the fence. I think sales of consoles will double if not triple in the month of march.

Yeah from what I've read the ps bundle is just the standard console no special design. "On the other hand, looking at the games by themselves, Titanfall is quite far ahead of the competition, ranking 8th against 33rd."

infamous is an unforgettable game with limited name recognition among PS owners let alone anyone outside of that circle. Please do not tell me that game is a 'system seller'. It is a glass of water in the hot desert of PS4 releases that even gets it any notice.
I won't argue that demand for PS4 is higher than XBO, but I am not going to gobble up something on Gamestop's website as fact.
From my understanding this is a Gamestop created bundle, not an official Sony bundle. Gamestop isn't really bundling the savings - more likely they are bundling high margin options on a new car and then telling customers it's the only one on the lot and they don't expect any in for some time. For all we know they could have been stock piling PS4s for this move - driving up demand even more, and then making sure it got attention by putting it at the top of their website. Oh, look there - you better get this bundle...everyone is wanting it (even though they haven't been bothered enough to "like" it). You are being short sighted if you believe Gamestop is a source of any truth.

Infamous is not official. Its gamestop's plan to sell you the console with an extra game & controller, as demand for PS4 is high (there is no discount in the bundle). If they can, they probably price PS4 over MRSP (of course they can't)
If I have a game shop, I probably bundle PS4 with 2 games of the person choice & an extra controller, but with a 15 bucks discount or a 15buck voucher (just not to feel bad).
Titanfall bundle, I am not sure. Is this an official bundle in US now? I am very confuse as I only known of the one in U.K.

I wasn't giving MY opinion.. From what I played of TF and from what I don't have much desire to play in Infamous SS I feel the opposite but the SP luving gaming editors will bitch more about the MP only TF and praise more of the SP only Infamous SS me thinks.

I can't begin to tell you how many console gamers that ask me what is TF about.
TF will sell more XB1s....but it won't push it to new heights. Take the last Halo as an example, and I posted this in another thread....with over 80 million 360s sold, Halo 4 sold less than 10 million. Those are awesome sales....but they make up the extreme minority of gamers.
Infamous won't push many consoles....but TF isn't going to propel Xb1 either.
But it's barely a real story and online only. That may deter many.
Although I suspect many will buy it not knowing it's a mp only game.
You're missing the point of a console vs PC... I have both ... I prefer to play TF on my console for other reasons other than the obvious differences... I may eventually buy TF for my PC as well... but I play my console much more for games than my PC... individual strokes for different folks...
If I didn't have an X1 by now.. id be doing the same Momewrath (and others)... buying the console for this game... tax season doesn't hurt either...
